“Hoover is the kind of dealership I like to do business with. Coming from a decent amount of time in the car industry, I am familiar with what to look for in a dealership. All of these reviews with one star confuse me. A dealership can do there absolute best to make sure a car is functioning properly, but at the end of the day it’s a used car and they have them for less than 60 days typically. It’s not like they are driving these things with any frequency to catch issues that pop up. I purchased an X3 M40I from Dylan. While my car isn’t perfect and some things popped up shortly after purchase, I am completely happy with my experience and they did everything they could to take care of me. After the pre purchase inspection came back with a coolant leak, Dylan got it in the shop first thing that morning to make sure she was good to go. These guys were incredibly honest with me on price and what they could and could not do. They even picked me up from the airport. Overall I would recommend these guys for their honesty, and if you are really adamant on getting a perfect used car, just go get a PPI so you can decide what problems you are comfortable with.”

“So my husband and I had the pleasure of looking for him a truck and boy was it stressful but as soon as we walked in and met Eric Bailey it went so much better. We ended up buying a Toyota Tundra and we loved it. Eric had bought some running bars for it that hadn't came in yet and when they did he called us to come and get them which was shocking to get a new part for the truck which made us love the truck even more. We'll unfortunately this past December my husband was in a wreck and totaled our Tundra. We were happy no one was hurt during the accident but we were so sad to have lost the truck. So we texted Eric he was quick to tell us to come look at the trucks he has in stock and pick what we liked. So we went and my husband found a 2015 Chevy Silverado that he loved. So again Eric worked his magic. When we got home a couple days later we realized the ac didn't work. One call to Eric and it was taken car of. Eric is always my first text when we start shopping for a vehicle!!! Kind, Honest, and Trustworthy is how I would describe him! So thankful for Eric and his business!!!
