I highly recommend Dale Steed and Martin who graciously helped me pick out my beautiful birthday present! I’ve always wanted a choker and diamond by the yard and I left with the most amazing pieces! Came in with (what I thought) was a pretty simple question about a broken watch clasp. The older gentleman behind the counter spoke to me like I was a complete idiot and acted like I was wasting his time for even asking about a potential repair. Won't be coming back here. Learn some manners old timer. Anthony's Jewelers on HWY 31 in Vestavia is a much better option.

Great store ,great service.I had a diamond ring which was a very risky ring to resize it specially two size bigger and the way they did their job it was amazing.I would recommend this store ,you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been to a number of jewelry shops and I can’t recommend this family jeweler highly enough. I have bought an engagement ring and wedding rings, and a 20th anniversary ring here and they have ALWAYS been gracious and helpful. I sent in a wedding ring to be sized once years ago after other shops told me they couldn’t do it (I wasn’t living in the local area at the time). It required extra gold to expand it, and they refused to charge me even after I insisted. I felt like they valued the relationship as much as the business. I won’t go anywhere else.

Lee, you did a magnificent job repairing my ring! Don't know if you heard the story but I hid this ring from myself for more than 10 years when it lost an emerald before I found it again. I swear it looks better than when it was new!!
