We live out of state so this was a new experience for us having to do business from 2.5hrs away. Kainaan & Bethany made everything so easy and handled everything via phone and email. Basically all we had to do was drive over and sign paperwork! By far the easiest car buy experience we’ve ever had! Thank you both so much! Our family loves our new Sequoia!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
They sold me a 2018 ram 2500 and a $3,000 warranty
A year later my transmission goes out and the warranty was supposed to cover it but they didn’t because the truck was modified. Which it was lifted and I bought it like that. Morani the ex sales manager sold me the warranty even though the warranty will not cover anything because the truck was lifted. Just paid over $7,000 for a new transmission. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER

BE AWARE, Billy was nice until we signed papers . Purchased my wife a vehicle on Mother’s Day weekend 60 days later still no title to get registered in Mississippi . They also swore that Land Rover was in perfect shape . We drove it home to Jackson MS and when we got home it was squealing extremely loud . Took it to the shop following Monday for them to tell me the technician that routed belts wrong . That cost me $1300 , finally got reimbursed $400 and manager has yet to call . We have received 5 temp tags thus far . AGAIN BE CAUTIOUS , I called my local tag office and they told me that vehicle still has lien on it from previous owner.

I have been purchasing cars since I was 15, and over the decades, I've bought around 10 vehicles. My recent experience at Vestavia Auto Plaza, unfortunately, was my first bad experience. I entered the establishment pre approved, meaning I had absolutely no desire to run my credit at the dealership. I needed a little more money and my financial institution was just a phone call/email away. But because of the desperateness, deceitfulness, and lack of professionalism that obviously runs rampant within this dealership -from the front door starting with Lucas, to the back door ending with the decoy financial manager-they misused my personal information for their own benefit and then refused to disclose any details to me.The level of dishonesty and disregard for customer service and trust at Vestavia Auto Plaza is unbelievable. This dealership failed on every front, from transparent communication to respectful treatment of customers. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to look elsewhere to avoid a similarly frustrating and disheartening experience.
