We planned a last-minute trip and needed to board our six dogs, including two who have extreme anxiety and one elderly, arthritic Great Dane with significant medical conditions. I spoke with Krystal to schedule the boarding. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She made notes on their charts during the call so that the day of boarding would go smoothly. Choosing Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic to care for our dogs turned out to be a fantastic decision. The staff at Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic went above and beyond to ensure our dogs were comfortable and well-cared-for. Despite the challenges posed by our dogs' varying needs, they handled everything with professionalism and care. I first met Dr. Dieguez a few years ago when we adopted our sweet Corgi, Banjo, from him. Dr. Dieguez is a wonderful veterinarian who truly loves animals. His veterinarian clinic and pet hotel are exceptionally run and staffed by caring, knowledgeable people who provide excellent care for our four-legged babies. One of our main concerns was prior separation anxiety experienced by two of our dogs when we boarded them previously, but the clinic staff made us feel at ease with regular updates and even sent pictures during the week. This thoughtful gesture reassured us that our furry family members were in good hands. What truly impressed us was the attention to detail. Our oldest Great Dane usually experiences stiffness and difficulty walking after boarding at other facilities, but this time he was in perfect condition. He did a little happy jog when we arrived to pick him up. It was such a blessing to see him run and look so happy instead of the usual state of being unable to get his back legs under him to walk and have to be carried to the car. It's evident that the clinic took the time to exercise him regularly, preventing any mobility issues. Moreover, when our dogs ran out of the treats we provided, they went the extra mile to find out where we bought them and then went and purchased more to give to them. This was certainly above and beyond. This level of dedication to our pets' well-being was truly heartwarming.Although it was our first time boarding at Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic, it has quickly become our preferred facility. The entire team was great with our dogs, and they were friendly and so kind when we communicated with them. We highly recommend Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic for all your boarding needs. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for providing exceptional care to our beloved pets!

We have a "special" Olde English Bulldogge, and the staff and Vet are understanding and accommodating. The staff is awesome, and we've never had a real issue.

This place is awesome and very friendly after all. They done a great job docking my Roxie tail and is taken great care of her but however my busy schedule causes me to be behind a bit to her appointments but she’s definitely going. Great People!!! Though I have social anxiety ☺️

I truly recommend Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic, I called near closing on Saturday regarding my pet's surgery and the cost. Dr. Dieguez answered every question I had and even offered to come in on his off day to assist a dog he had never met for surgery. The customer experience and urgency he had for my baby girl made me cry because it's not common. I would recommend everyone to take your fur babies here!! Excellent customer service.

My boxer picked up a bad cough and another vet treated her for kennel cough. After getting much much worse, I called Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic. They did not hesitate and told me to get her in ASAP. Turns out she had a severe upper respiratory infection and was in bad shape. Staff and doc took great care of her for the next 4 days. They encouraged me to visit and called me several times a day with updates. They showed they care, took care of her, and nursed her back to feeling better.

Unprofessional.! I call for see the price for spay my cat, the secretary that answer me it’s so unprofessional, when I ask her she when “ugh” and put me on hold, then I was transfer to I guess it’s the doctor in there and he was the more rude person I even talk to on the phone. I definitely don’t trust my pets in this places, know it how they treat the pet owners. the owner of this clinic need to offer the employees a seminary or something about costumer services cause they are lack.!

I personally have had a great experience with the front desk staff as well as the experienced vets and kennel technicians! Although other reviews mentioned an “unprofessional” Krystal, I have had a great experience with all receptionist including Krystal.

I called here to try to get my dog boarded for a vacation we planned last minute. They do have availability but they lady I spoke to on the phone quickly changed my mind about boarding my pet here. She was rude and I believe her name was Crystal. So if you call here, you may want to speak to someone other than her.

UPDATE: I am not a 'bot' I am a friend advocating for a friend of mine whose dog came back with giant open sores and when she called the clinic to let them know and ask what happened, they said the pup came in with the sores. Then they said 'allergies.'Which is it then... hmmmm.ORIGINAL POST:This office gave a dog who was already vaccinated …. More vaccinations. Of the same kind. Because unlike literally every daycare ever, they require every single shot every 6 months …. ?! Absolutely not necessary and is very cash grabby. They proceed to give this dog a bath on the first day of daycare (?? Strange considering that’s nearly always a last day or close to last day thing … to be clean coming home from daycare…..) with her collar on, and LEFT her wet collar on her. This resulted in a huge rash that wasn’t cared for and is now a giant open sore that is painful for the dog. The dog also has an ear infection that she didn’t have prior to being boarded. They do not let the animals out at appropriate intervals to use the bathroom, either. This happened to a friend’s pup and as she has mentioned her story on other sites, there are many more people chiming in about terrible and gut wrenching experiences with this “clinic.”Maybe some people have a good experience. It’s great for them. That may be you. Or you may get your dog back and they’ll have a heat rash covering their entire neck and an ear infection and double vaccinations. So if you are okay to risk things like hundreds of dollars in unnecessary vaccinations, possible heat rashes due to improper care, your pup not going out as often as they should be, and ear infections … this is the place for you!

My friend brought her dog here for two days and not only do they have a ridiculous policy where you have to have ANNUAL shots every 6 months, her dog came back with her neck completely covered in sores AND an ear infection. Do not recommend if you care about your dog.
