Let me start by saying I love certain departments in this store. Front of the house always great! They speak, very courteous never an issue. Same for the meat department. Now the deli dept horrible there has been plenty of times I've left this store to go to Overton bc of the quality of service and attitudes. Also the pharmacy I wouldn't dare get a prescription filled here. The pharmacy is very rude and nasty. I would rather go to cvs or gentry across the street. Also it's a very hit or miss store. Some days you can go in and find every item you need and some days you might not find a single item. The only reason I go to this Publix is the connivence to my house.

I went into this store looking for liverwurst and Sola low carb bread. After being ignored by 5 deli workers a lady finally asked me if she could help me. I assumed she was talking to me even though she was on the other side of 2 people and not looking at me. I asked for liverwurst and she said they didn't have any and tried to walk away. I said can't imagine any store NOT having liverwurst??????? She asked another guy who had previously been ignoring me. Without looking at me they both repeated "we don't have any" and "we haven't had any for a long time". Needless to say they did not have Sola brand bread either. I bought some high priced crackers and have to drive 15 minutes to Walmart in order to get ordinary products.

I just transferred a script from CVS that I was paying $168/mo. It cost me $33! I was in and out in minutes and the store on Healthy Way is clean and associates are great! Found my new pharmacy! Thank you so much!

Publix is doing a wonderful job doing everything possible to control virus separation and sanitation. Today they had workers being sure customers were separating including one way isles. Would be embarrassed to ask them to do anything else. My hat is off to Publix. Most customers are separating as required. Some are oblivious to the world. It would be better if all customers paid attention.

Seriously good service and very clean store. The comments below I.e Will Slappey and Roger Smith are just trash expecting free handouts. These hardworking employees do a lot and they ARE NOT in charge of feeding your toddlers free food from the very busy deli or to give you discounts for your dang Winn Dixie coupons. Stop complaining and be men. I would recommend this publix all day!

Clean and tends to be stocked. Staff is always available to help if needed and the quality of the groceries are always nice. The location is perfect for me and even makes me want to join the gym across the street since I come here so often.

They go the extra mile to help you save money. You aren't just a number in a long line of people. I had been using Walgreens for 15 years when they couldn't get one of my prescriptions for a week, and my doctor found it at publix. The cost was usually $268 after insurance. Publix found a coupon from the manufacturer that brought it down to $168. The Publix pharmacist said "we can do better" and found another coupon for an additional $100 off. I'm now paying $68 a month when it was $268. This is just one drug of many that are expensive. Walgreens pushes people through and doesn't make any effort. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Publix for cost and excellent customer service. Thank you to the Pharmacy staff at Publix!

They basically called us less than trash. They said they would rather throw the free cookies away than to give us one and my child was only one year older than the age limit and they were about to close the store.

This store has a great location, decent stock, and is always clean. The staff is friendly. The only problem I ever have really besides the stock not always being the best is it takes forever to check out most of the time. Either there aren't enough lanes open or the cashiers are just moving so slow. I tend to avoid it for that reason but it's convenient when I'm in the area.
