I love the whole experience!! From the first greeting.( knowing my name & pet’s name), to the great Vets and Vet assistants, to the bye!! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and everything is explained well! They are a little price, but will work with you to match RX’s & procedures and ALWAYS telll you the costs so there are no surprises!! I would not take my pet anywhere else.

In the past we had good experiences here, not sure if there has been a change in the management, but we recently took 2 of our dogs for nail trimming and were charged over $110. And the bill had what appeared to be unnecessary charges: Nail trim $25, medical waste fee 5.25, tech visit $25, do for both dogs nail trimming cost was 116.50, unacceptable and abusive

Compassionate and caring staff who provide excellent treatment for our two elderly dogs. I followed Dr. Possien to this clinic and trust him completely with our pets.
Unfortunately they no longer approve prescriptions outside of their own online service which is more expensive. I should have the same benefit of shopping the best price as I do for myself.

It was my first time coming to this office. We felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Dr Rutter is so informative and so easy to talk with. She made me feel comfortable and even gave us great tips for puppy training! We will definitely be back.
