The woman that helped me find a battery was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name, I will add it if I do.Store is okay, parking lot is tight, not cohesive for a large truck, but it's convenient and usually not very busy.

Came in 12:50 pm 09SEP2023.Pitiful. Lady at the counter doesn't need to be working at an auto parts store.More worried with her phone than getting the parts I need. I just left. No need in wasting my time to get the wrong things.

Walked in, asked about a part, was told they don’t carry it. Walked outside and looked it up on their website. They do carry it. Try harder.

Great experience! Super helpful and went out his way to make sure I had what I needed even after coming back and having to exchange what id just purchased minutes before close. People like this are what make companies thrive and help to retain and gain solid customer basis.

Ordered online, received notification that the order was ready, arrived for pick-up; the order was not ready and the items weren't even in stock. This happened on two separate occasions. The last time, they tired to "fix it" by give me parts that wouldn't my vehicle and tried to force to me accept another brand.
