The absolute BEST vet & person I've ever known! I will never trust anyone else with my animals like I do with Dr. Kris. She is easily accessible and will talk you through whatever is going on with your pet at any time. She talked me through my dog's bloodwork and explained what all of the different levels meant, and she gave recommendations on how to care for my senior dog and how to best support her quality of life. She is kind and compassionate, and she treats your animals like her own. Thank you, Dr. Kris!

boarded my pet at this facility for Memorial Day weekend, and when I picked him up, he was near death. My dog has special needs; he is diabetic, partially blind, and has neuropathy. I made Pet Vet aware of his health issues and care requirements. I was assured that they could properly cared for him. I communicated daily with the person in charge of his care and was repeatedly assured that he was doing well. At no point was I told that my dog was not eating or had become sick. I was originally told that the earliest I could pick him up was on Tuesday, as Monday was a holiday. However, I insisted on picking him up on Monday. If I had waited until Tuesday, he would have died overnight. When the person who "cared" for him handed my dog to me, I could immediately see how sick he was. To my dismay and horror, she acted as though he was perfectly fine!! He went limp in my arms and began having seizures in the car. We rushed him to an emergency vet where we were told that his glucose level was critically low and he would have died had he not received proper care. The overnight emergency vet bill was $1400. To this day, Pet Vet will not acknowledge what they did to my dog. Their negligence almost killed him. The fact that he was handed over to me in that condition, as though nothing was wrong with him, is both unfathomable and horrifying. Thankfully, my dog survived this ordeal. But I will forever regret choosing to board him at Pet Vet. No animal should suffer the way he did.

Their negligence almost killed him. The fact that he was handed over to me in that condition, as though nothing was wrong with him, is both unbelievable and horrifying. My little dog almost died in the care of someone who claimed to be capable of providing him with adequate and proper care. No animal should suffer the way he did.

Our family dog, a rescue pit bull, had her very vet visit here on 8/10/20. They claimed to have found heartworms and gave her a flu shot. I've had tons of pets and they never got a flu shot, but they insisted on it. Then 5 days later she started exhibiting odd symptoms, by Sunday she could barely stand much less walk. We called first thing Monday 8/17/20 morning, left an urgent message to have the vet call us back. We had to call back after lunch to speak with someone and they said bring her in right now. We were told her paralysis was just "nausea" from the heartworm meds, gave us a bottle of nausea medicine and to give her 1 dose a day. However, we asked the tech if they gave the dose for the day, "I think so..." And the vet did not come out to speak with us, again. She was worse on Tuesday, left another urgent message for the vet to call, but noone called back what so ever. All the while our dog was suffering and we were in dire straights! We called other professionals for advice, they both said that her symptoms were highly unusual and the vet's lack of response was unacceptable and unprofessional. We finally got an itemized receipt and x-rays to give a different veterinary practice and took her first thing Thursday morning. Heard from the new vet right after the initial examination with a lot of insight, information and details to what the issue might be. Since we do NOT trust or believe Pet Vet, we had her stay for all the same tests again, observation and additional tests for the paralysis and pain. DO NOT USE PET VET!!!

It's so hard to trust someone with your fur baby especially when you can't be with them at the appointment. But I am so happy I brought her to them! I needed my baby cat to be groomed bc she was very matted since she's long haired. Drew and Lauren really comforted me through the process when I called to make an appt. the staff their was honest with vAccines that she needed and could pass on. I was very happy with her cut and she also was very calm and in a good mood when I brought her home which says a lot. They also gave me a cute photo of her which was so sweet. I trust them and will reCommend them to others
