Just wow. I have never had a more professional and yet personal experience. As a man who enjoys bleach blonde tubular hair, Tammy is your pick. Not only can she turn this ol noggin into a beautiful masterpiece of platinum hues, she can braid like nobodies business. She always handles every detail with the most regard. I always receive compliments when I’m the road hunting life’s greatest adventures and TamTam is to thank for that. If life gives you lemons for hair, Tam will turn into a John Daly.

Tiffany Stripling always makes me look (AND FEEL) my best! She has shaped and colored my brows, tinted lashes, and given me an amazing hydra facial. Went here for the first time to get a pedicure in time for Easter. The technician that did my pedicure did an amazing job. I used my spa credit so that made it affordable. Otherwise too expensive. The spa is off to the side of the lobby and main gym so you can hear all the gym noise making it not quite as peaceful and relaxing as a separate or free standing spa. Other than that it was a good experience.

I have been going to Life Spa to see Tiffany for many years. She's the absolute best! You don't have to be a member of the gym to use the spa. Tiffany takes the time to go over my current skin concerns and goals each appointment so I get the most of my visit each time.

Terrible experience!!!! As a style coach, my client and I were referred to Life Spa on Dec 1st. I had to make the appointment quick as the previous hair stylist was sick same day. We made the appointment for 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM on December 1st. Mind you my client leaves the next day for Cancun at 5AM.I was appalled at the customer service and hair stylist, Tanjua. The moment we walked in my client Shannon was back to back on calls and I was looking to speak directly with the stylist, Tanjua, to communicate what we were looking for as a cut, style, COLOR, and balayage. She was slow to react, inserted her opinion that was NEVER asked for, and poor at executing what the client and I asked for.Tanjua fought with me in front of the client multiple times requesting for a middle part — I specifically caught this reaction on camera to explain that it was not the desired look that we requested. Also, she failed at understanding to place color in the clients hair and did NOT dye my clients hair brown / chocolate as requested AGAIN! She also made my client Shannon feel incredibly uncomfortable because of not communicating with ME as I was the point of contact considering I made the appointment and specified exactly what I needed the client to have. The client was well aware that she did not know what was happening and made it a point to Tanjua.One of the most frustrating parts for me was the lack of communication and the lack of understanding that it’s not about the hair stylist recommendations at all. It purely had to do with listening, and it was the last thing on Tanjua’s mind — listening! SHE IS TERRIBLE AND I DON’T EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE SEEING HER!Now, let’s skip to the good part. The price was over $350 for this entire session and yet the client did not get at all but she was looking for. To the point where she had cried and confronted to me at the very end of the evening, and we had to fly into Cancun and immediately get her hair redone.I have pictures, videos, and receipts of this entire transaction and is some thing that I will be sharing because it is one thing to not listen to a client, but it is another thing to not listen to the point of contact (Style Coach Taylor Turner) who is paying for the service and requesting a specific look based off of the arrangement they have with a client intake. TANJUA’S OPINION DIDN’T MATTER AND WAS NEVER ASKED FOR!Lastly, my client, Shannon will be requesting a full refund because she did not get what I specifically asked for. I, Taylor, Shannon’s Style Coach was the one she trusted, confined, and communicated with and was the point of contact during this transaction — Tanjua you failed at realizing your place during this appointment.We will NEVER use your company EVER AGAIN!The images on the bottom reflect the stylist Tanjua's work as the client, Shannon, was sitting in the chair and the two other pictures are taken from a professional photographer after her hair was corrected.

Tl;dr:They don't work with fashion colors. It costed me $600 and the integrity of my hair for them to give me something I didnt want.I went in for color correction, lightening, and color. At my consult, we came up with a plan, was told it was doable.My hair didnt come out light enough to be the color i wanted. I was told i would need to go back the following week to fix those parts, but they still made my hair somewhat decent so I scheduled the follow up and that due to not being able to get my hair right the first time, I was told it would be free.When my 2nd appointment was approaching, I got a call the day before explaining I HAD to pay for my upcoming appointment (something about it being a full service), which I was happy to do (and did, but i digress). In this call to also confirm my appointment, i was told of a "new" implemented a cancellation fee policy. Trapped in the appointment, but I still needed my hair fixed, i kept the appointment.At my 2nd, the color seemed dark, i was told when it was rinsed it would fade out. Halfway through what I thought was my hair getting rinsed out, I'm told that my hair had spots that didn't absorb the color enough, and would need to tone the yellow out. I told her that was fine.I came out of that chair all of my hair a much bolder and brighter purple hair.The stylist was in such a rush to leave, she didn't even trim my damaged ends.The following monday rebecca called me, telling me she would text me so I would send her pics of my hair and get me back in asap to fix it with a different stylist. She never did.Fast forward 4 weeks later for my "touch up", i just got a call from rebecca to do a "phone consult" (day before my appointment btw) by sending them pictures of my hair (which multiple employees already had) and the reference picture i showed her from the very beginning.I'm now told that the damage and color done to my hair is not fixable to what i want and cannot be undone without causing further damage.I appreciated the (late) honesty, but it could have saved me about $600 if they had been honest from the beginning that they don't work with fashion colors at all or that they dont have enough experience to do what I requested.Service: Hair coloring
