Jackson is my favorite employee at PET SUPERMARKET in Vestavia, Al. He was very helpful each time I shopped there and was very good at introducing me to new products for my 16 foster cats. I tried to give him a tip one day but he refused. He said he wanted me to use the money for my 16 foster cats....he said they needed it more than he did. Susan

Tara & her entire team have been my life saver when it came to us setting up a tank in our new office. They have helped every step of the way & continue to help with any issues I have. This will be the only place I go from now on!

I love how this petstore lets potential pet owners handle many of the animals to pick the right one. (Temperament and compatibility is more important than how cute a pet looks - this store understands that.) This is not permitted at any other petstore in the area (that I am aware of) & the temperament of the animals reflect it. I have often seen the employees handling, talking to, and treating the pets for sale just like their own pets. Honestly, this is my first place to check when looking for a new pet for my children.

Awww. I rescued a little puppy this morning that was running for its life at the intersection of Carson Road and Red Hollow Road. It was a pretty little mixed breed girl that appears to be about 10 weeks old. Without thinking, I threw on my hazard lights, jumped out of the van, and snatched that baby up to safety. She was sooo sweet and loving and playful. But... after I drove away I realized that I was running late for a pretty important doctor's appointment and I had nowhere to take this puppy frown emoticon and there were no houses in sight that could be her home. It appears that someone may have dumped her.
I called Joe... no help.
I called Brooke... no answer.
I drove towards the doctor's office while making all the calls I could to find a puppy sitter who may meet me at the docs office... no luck.
I stopped off at THIS PET STORE and asked if she could stay in their store until my appointment is over (so she doesn't bake in the car or get back in the road) and they said, "uuuhhhhhh, NO."
I then took her to the animal hospital and asked for a new puppy exam and babysitter just until my appointment was over. I told them of her adventures ... And they were HAPPY TO HAVE HER and said they will keep her for a little while and then find her a home if the "already owners" are not located.... awww... an animal person who actually puts their words into actions!
If any of my Pinson folks know of anyone looking for a missing baby girl, tell them to message me and I will get her back.

I saw them destroy good stuff for dogs animals and I ask myself why they don't donate to the shelters ?
