Purchased a 3 month membership. Cool, 3 months to see if I like it. After 3 months I don’t like it. Too bad, your membership automatically renewed so you have to give us a 30 notice. And by the time your cancellation goes into effect auto draft hit account with 2 unauthorized charges. What? ??♂️ You will reap what you sow. Don’t attend this gym. Poor business tactics.

F45 Liberty Park has the best coaches and workouts! All of the coaches are very motivating and helpful throughout the workout. I’ve never been able to stay consistent with working out until I started coming here! The workouts are fun and hard, and I can already see results from them! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good/fun workout!

Today was my first F45 workout and it was great! Coach Courtney and Coach Cora both push you to work your hardest and the atmosphere was perfect for a good workout. I got a good caloric burn and felt like I was challenged! Plus they do a good job at social distancing and cleaning all equipment. Definitely recommend trying F45 Liberty Park out!

I love the workouts and the coaches at F45 Liberty Park! F45 LP is a fun and encouraging atmosphere that is welcoming of folks of all fitness levels. There is so much variety to the workouts every time - which makes them not only loads of fun, but very effective. I already feel stronger after three weeks. I am so happy to have this gym so close by! ?

I have been a member of F45 @ Liberty Park since October of 2020 and have loved every moment of it. Coaches are genuine when working with you and are always willing to help you modify your workouts to enhance your experience while also keeping your health and wellness in check. F45 has so quickly become a “must” in my morning routine and I am so thankful for the staff and their willingness to work with me to help me achieve my goals. Also they are very mindful of cleanliness! Highly highly recommend giving this a try!

I have only great things to say about this gym and the atmosphere here. The coaches are focused on motivating YOU to achieve YOUR fitness goals! The workouts are varied so that you're knocking out your activity while anticipating what is coming next. Then you're you're done and think, "wow! that workout flew by!" Modifications are provided so that every person can participate at their own level of ability and specific need. It's a high intensity workout no doubt, and just like anything in life results will depend on how hard you're willing to work. F45 LP is also very conscientious of cleanliness and safety, exactly what you would want out of a gym right now. Sign up, get to work...you won't regret it!

I’ve been to many workout classes, but this is by far my favorite! The trainers are high quality, professional, and encouraging, and the workouts are the perfect mix of cardio and strength. Highly recommend to people of all fitness levels!

This place is so dope. Best place to exercise in Birmingham. The workouts are awesome and the people are so much fun. They have a DJ on Saturday and he crushes it. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Worth every penny.
