Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The young lady at the counter hasn't looked up from her phone once the last 3 times I've been in the store. Last time she stood 10 feet away and refused to pick up new plastic bags in front of the self checkout register, allowing an elderly lady to almost fall because of the bags on the floor. Pull the video from Friday afternoon, 5/17/24. The employee is lazy, rude and entitled. It's beneath her to speak, smile or offer assistance. CVS should be ashamed.

Several times I have called in a refill then only to get there and they didn't have it. They just don't act as if they care. I can imagine they are busy but this is hard to deal with when you're working/taking care of a mother with dementia and was taking care of my 91 year old father as well. Not to mention the normal day to day. I'm sure they are probably just as busy, but, they just need to pay closer attention to detail. That would be amazing!

White GM man was super rude. I came in to update my card and he was insisting on self checkout / not interested in helping . More so micromanaging. When I asked for help to update my card info for my monthly subscription rewards He straight up said “I don’t care” and gave zero flying F’s about his job, clearly. I let him know that I am a big CVS customer and I needed the assistance. The girl working the desk was eager to learn and get help from him. He offered very little. I could probably show them all how to update a card if the access was granted. It’s more of me using the keypad than anything. Just like paying for something. I have never heard of a manager more rude and to flat out tell me “He doesn’t care”….well…maybe now you do :)

Don’t understand why they offer walk in covid 19 vaccines if you can’t walk in and get one specially when they’re not even busy at all! They literally had no one and the guy was like I can’t give you the vaccine until 6 and I’m not going to guarantee you get one unless someone doesn’t show up to get their scheduled appointment.

Its just another typical CVS but its in a very convenient location for me and on a well traveled path for many people going between home and work or school. I have always received great service, it is always clean and organized, and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and back on to where I was going. As with any CVS, watch for the specials and sales because you can really save some money that way if you have the patience and ability to wait to buy certain beauty, health, and grocery products. Usually Im at CVS because I need something in a hurry so I have to pay full price though!

They didn't have what I was looking for . I never saw any employees so I had no interaction with anyone. This store was pretty clean ; they even had self checkout lanes. I never seen this before at CVS! There's ample parking and conveniently located off the main road for easy access.

Earl was such a sweet man. He helped me find a couple of items that I couldn’t locate and really reminded me of the joys of shopping in a smaller community. I’ll definitely drive out of my way to use this CVS location again. Thanks Earl :)

Pharmacy technician was openly nasty and proceeded to talk very loudly about me and implied I was lying about the date she told me to come back. Pharmacist continued to allow her to do this until I asked her to intervene, only to be told I didn't need to talk to their staff like that. I'll admit, I could've been kinder, but after repeatedly being berated by this tech, my patience wore thin. Flash forward ten minutes later and low and behold they were wrong about the dates, filled the wrong prescription, and didn't offer so much as an apology.
