I’ve worked here and can say don’t waste your money here. The kennels never get properly cleaned, the dogs don’t even have beds they are placed in kennels with only a bowl sitting on cement. The dogs hardly get any play time and dog even get water after they go outside or play and have to wait 30 mins to an hr before they do. I witnessed a dog uncontrollably shaking clearly not ok and they did nothing about it. They are SO unprofessional.I have reached out to Damien and he has yet to respond.

I was told that the packages for a five day doggy intensive dog training was $325 and it is the price online, however it was the last day of package to go over training skills learned...and As I was leaving I was told by front desk that it's time to pay $45 for the one-on-one session with trainer. I was stunned. If I knew upfront for the price it would have been no issue but I felt like like it was decoy of hidden fees. Which gets to me, I'd like to know the whole price and not be surprised later. So yea..there that!

We did the 20 session package and it definitely made an impact on our dog. It was good motivation for us as well to keep practicing at home and has led to much improved behavior.

Have had many of my dogs at Creative for their training. I am a repeat customer. Very happy with their services.

There very short staffed. The owner was @the front desk and couldn't give me the time I needed. He told me to come back the next day. They really should get more employees.

I bought the 20 day daycare package for my dog in preparation for him being boarded there. I wanted him to get used to CDT before being boarded. My dog plays well with other dogs but is scared of humans. My dog was receiving great report cards on the days leading up to his boarding. The day he was supposed to be picked up after being boarded, I was unable to get him before closing and my friend had to get him. I knew this would cause my dog anxiety but I didn't want him to have to spend another night there. When my friend got there, he began squealing and barking and the male manager helped get my dog in the car. The manager is the owners son. However, during this process the manager told my friend he thought my dog was "special as in autistic". If he felt my dog needed training or other services, he should have called or told ME. Not my friend. This is very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with Creative Dog Training Summit location.

Very unprofessional staff and owner. The facility is filthy and smells bad. My poor dog lost about 5 pounds during his stay for two weeks. Would definitely NOT recommend this place!

I contacted them 3 weeks ago today on 7/5/21 about boot camp for my dog and it took her 3 days to call me back. We had a long talk about what my dog needed and she informed me that he could possibly come in on Monday 7/12/21 for an evaluation and if she thought he was ok to start boot camp then he could start on Tuesday 7/12/21. She was supposed to call me back and let me know for sure if she could work him in on Monday for the evaluation. I never heard from her so I called and left 2 messages asking her if it was ok for me to bring him in Monday 7/12/21. She never called me back. I called again on Tuesday which would be the day he would have started boot camp. Still no call back. This evaluation would have been approximately $70 and the boot camp would be approximately $1000. This is no way to treat future or current clients. Since I've talked to others about this on FB, I find out it has happened to several others. Also 2 different people told me after taking their dog to them for boot camp and them leaving to go on vacation they had to come back and pick up their dog because she didn't think she could train them. I will never consider taking my dog there now and advise anyone wanting to go there to make sure you know what you're doing. You may not be able to reach them to get infotainment on your fur baby.

I am so pleased with the difference that Margaret & her staff at Creative Dog Training, the Summit, have made with my dog. He had issues with socialization, aggression, hyper activity, poor manners such as biting & jumping. After training & socialization at Creative our dog has improved tremendously. He’s a pleasure to have around now! Thank you to all of you at Creative Dog Training!
