“I left another location because the employees did not seem too excited to be there and never asked if they could help me. As soon as I walked in the Pelham location Drew had several people in line but immediately acknowledged me and told me he would be with me shortly. He was extremely courteous, efficient and helpful. He was quick but thorough with all before me and myself included. When I returned the vehicle Sarah was quick to help and appeared o genuinely enjoy her job. There is a huge difference in attitudes in Pelham versus Hoover. Thank you Drew and Sarah for being so helpful and kind. I wish you could train the employees at Old. Olimbiana Road location!”

“I recently made a reservation with Enterprise three days before my trip. Shortly after, I received a phone call from Kendra Williams, the branch manager at the Palisades location. Initially, I thought she was going to inform me that they didn't have any cars available, but she was simply confirming my reservation. Kendra has a wonderful spirit that made me feel confident this would be a great experience.
When I arrived at the store on Friday, there were no cars available due to overbooking. Despite my initial disappointment, Kendra's exceptional customer service completely turned the situation around. Her positive attitude and dedication made me forget all about the wait.
Enterprise, you have truly chosen the right manager for this location. Kendra is awesome! Even though I usually shop at the Pelham location near my home, I will now be coming to the Palisades branch because of the outstanding service I received.

“Everyone at the Birmingham Airport Alamo counter was so polite and helpful, both when we arrived and when we dropped off our vehicle. In particular, Synethia at the counter was fantastic! While documents from one customer were printing, she move that customer one spot over, greeted the next customer, asked the necessary questions, and gathered ID / credit card. Each customer was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Alamo is now my preferred car rental agency.”
“The lady, I forgot her name but she's a black lady, picked up the car, took a few minutes which surprised me bc I use to have to wait in enterprise for awhile, came back dropped it off and the same lady. She is phenomenal and her customer service is amazing. I will definitely rent at this specific location again and I recommend this place.”

“My car was ready at the set time, clean, fueled, and had only 5000 miles on it. As a Fastbreak (Budget Rewards program) member, I was a bit surprised that I had to provide my ID for scanning, initial the contract 7 times and sign the contract. Other car rental companies make renting a lot more convenient for their rewards members.In general notes: This rental place does not have a drop box and when you miss closing time, you have to use the budget at the airport, or return at 8 am the next day. Not filling up is charged at $8.99/ gallon. Leaving your car at the rental cost $9 per day.Return was easy.”

“I ordered a Ford Lightning in another state and moved to alabama. Either their help, I was able to get the order changed. I ended up earlier buying a truck and then mine came in. The sales team and finance team over at Long Lewis was like night and day vs the other dealer I had used. They had to be the best car dealer ship ever. Super helpful and allowed me to purchase the one I ordered and wanted. I can't say enough positive things about them”

“I've always had great customer service at this site. Especially this most recent visit to Birmingham. Jacari, I believe is his name, helped me find a vehicle to take care of my needs. I initially reserved a small SUV, but needed a bigger vehicle to carry all of my daughter's boxes that she ordered from Amazon. We're dropping her off at Alabama A&M for her freshman year and all her boxes were at my mother's house in Tuscaloosa. Jacari was patient and helpful in finding a big enough vehicle. He was also helping others while he was helping me and I was totally fine with that because of how respectful he was with everyone. Just want to say Thank You!”

“We regularly rent cars here through the company. Most of the cars are clean and well-maintained, sometimes there are some in between where people have probably smoked, the windows are often dirty on the inside.
