They do not have an ID scanner and denied me because he thought my real ID was fake. It's extremely unprofessional to be a liquor store without an ID scanner do not recommend, very unprofessional.

Barely friendly, limited selection, prices seemed higher than the ABC store. Not a lot of choices in the Cahaba Heights area.

Customer service here is none existent. No greeting when you enter (I spoke to the cashier). Cashier just gives you total cost. Nothing- no thank you, no have good day/ evening/ thank you for your business etc.

I think I say this about all liquor store in the state that aren't ABC stores. Overall, it stinks for them and their patrons. They run a great store. But our ABC board in Alabama is a flat out monopoly/dictatorship. Really tough to deal with them. So I will not blame Cahaba spirits for their situation. The big thing as so many of my reviews harp on the convenience. We just moved this part of town. There is no ABC store here. So if I want a quick trip, this is a great spot to go. Aside from the prices, the selection isn't fantastic. Not to mention their wine doesn't have prices. So the one thing they can control the price on, I don't know what I'm paying. But the people are always really friendly and quick. Overall, the convenience is the only reason I have come here. And I will keep going. They haven't given a reason why I shouldn't when I'm in a pinch or don't want to hop on 280.

Place is a dump. Not clean and the employees are rude. They do not greet customers, do not say thank you, just act as if they are doing you a favor. DO NOT SHOP here. They deserve bankruptcy.
