“I had the pleasure of coming to this location today to get my oil changed. It was truly great service. Paul, the assistant manager, very patiently and kindly walked me through the oil change- tire rotation- balancing rigmarole that I honestly know nothing about, except now I do because of Paul! The whole experience was quick, efficient, and I never once felt that there was any attempt at an upsell, which I’ve experienced at other auto shops before. I truly go out of my way to visit this particular shop even though I don’t live in the area (but visit frequently) because the service, from body work to oil change, has always been straightforward, honest, and efficient. Thanks for everyone there and thanks for Paul!”

After inquiring around the country with many Volvo dealerships, the staff of which are often unresponsive or lacking basic communication skills at best, I had a breath of fresh air dealing with Ben G. at Volvo of Vestavia Hills in Birmingham. Communication was impeccable, absolutely professional and very personable. Ben is a wonderful and knowledgeable salesman, and his manager, John was also extremely professional as well. It's obvious that the sales team works well together and are just genuine and good people.
Every aspect of the sale was easy and courteous, and the staff was also on top of everything, including getting documents signed from afar. They were also very accommodating and understanding while waiting around for the auto transport company to finally show up to truck the vehicle across the country for me.
Over the years, I've worked with some good, and also very bad sales staff at car dealerships before, but can easily and honestly say that this was by far the smoothest and best interaction/purchase I've ever made.
