My mom passed away in July, have not had any issues paying my bundle until I managed to lose my dad's debit card. He's paralyzed in a hospital bed so I'm responsible for two peoples information essentially. That being said Megan at my att store helped me get my bill paid and my internet activated

My husband went here last Sunday to seek help in being added to my cell phone plan. Cindi, the Manager, assisted in getting his info copied from his old phone. She was very helpful also putting the clear cover and case on his new phone, However, my husband stated she was texting on her phone numerous times while assisting him. Plus, she signed my husband up for a $90 plan even after I spoke with her informing her I had already gotten a quote of $60 for the additional line. It took an hour-and-a-half. Then, she signed him up for a protection plan on the phone we purchased outright from Amazon without even telling him. I had no idea this was done until I got an email from AT&T asking for information to set up my protection plan. She also spent time talking to the other employees. My husband described her as extremely unprofessional.

ENTERED STORE WITH WORKING PHONE; EXITED STORE WITHOUT WORKING PHONE: AT&T Store 796 Montgomery Highway, Suite 102 Vestavia, AL 35216On September 2, 2023 around 3:30 p.m., I walked into your ATT store. After I waited for several minutes, your store clerk was able to wait on me. I told her I was interested in a upgrade from my t mobile Galaxy J7 phone because my phone had a defect: The side button normally used for turning my phone off or turning it off then restarting my phone would not move. She gestured for me to hand her my phone, which I did. I told her the only way I can turn the phone off and on was to use the button at the bottom of my phone. She then opened the casing to my phone and lifted the battery! After she read the information behind that battery, she put my phone back together and attempted to restart it. It did not start up!! I asked why did she open up my phone. She stated there for information behind that battery that she needed. After she spent over an hour looking up on the INTERNET ways to restart my phone, my phone remained dead. This clerk claimed that she mistook my response about the on/off ability to mean I was referring to the POWER of the phone being affected. Regardless of her interpretation of my answer, she should not have taken it upon herself to open up my phone. If this clerk did not presume to open up my phone, my phone would have remained operable and my sense of urgency for repair or replacement would not have been heightened! I had wanted to check out all options for upgrades while my phone was still operable. I walked into this store with a functioning phone but walked out bereft of that function. You should consider instructing sales clerk not to handle a potential customer's phone until permission is obtained beforehand.T. J. Davis

Joe, Jojo and Destiny were all so helpful today! I was able to open new accounts and they shared with me the new promotions AT&T were offering and I was able to get new watches I've always wanted. Thank you all so much for your time, patience and kindness. Thank you Thank you!

I had major issues from ordering a phone plan online. Came in and Chance immediately waited on me and spent three hours with me solving my problems!! Very patient and thorough..great job!

Super friendly service and I was in and out within 25 minutes (upgraded phones, picked out a case, discussed my current plan, etc). Sebastian was extremely helpful. I recommend this location for your AT&T needs.

This was going to be a 5 star rating until my husband and I got home and opened his new iPhone 13. He was so excited that he got a new phone and was very surprised to learn that you actually need to purchase a separate charging block for the phone as the iPhone 10-12 charging blocks don’t work for it. It would have been nice for the sales person to tell us this before getting home. We thankfully had an old school phone block from like 5 years ago that ended up working. Aside from that we were happy with the customer service in the store. If we didn’t have that hidden block, not going to lie it would have been a worse review as we would have had to go out of our way to go back to the store.

Worst worst worst customer service ever. Got an upgrade, returned old phone and surprise! They returned it back to me. Put it in storage and 2 months later they said "return previous phone (*either to a store or online*) or get charged $300. Went to a store when they opened. "Sorry technical difficulty please come back". Came back the next day and was told "this store doesn't take returns." SAME TECH FROM THE DAY BEFORE! So drove to another store and was told- you have to return online. And the kid that "helped" me worked with another customer the entire time he was with me. Honestly, I'd rather use 2 cans and a string than deal with this corporation ever again. THE WORST.

The manager, Caleb, did an exceptional job with me and my mom’s billing issues amongst other things. Two years ago I went to this store to get a new iPhone and the person helping me made mistakes, big mistakes. But Caleb helped us tremendously today and we were very grateful for his expertise. If I had my way I would make sure that Rashad trained every representative. She loves her job. How do I know? She walks you through instead of dragging you along. It’s because of the way she takes you through the process.Writing down and explaining all options before you. Then allowing you to choose.I must say this is my 4th purchase and this is the first time I can say I was well informed during the process. Every other time I’ve gotten rushed through it.
