“Not the largest antique mall around, but still a nice selection of everything from furniture to decorate items and more. Very clean and no musty odor, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!”
“No one else would even touch my steamer trunk project. Wade surpassed my expectations bringing this trunk back to life after it spent 50+ years in a shed in Mississippi!”
“We love visiting Vintage Interiors. They're big enough to have a really broad selection, but small enough that we can look through every thing without feeling rushed.”
“I had the pleasure of visiting this nice store today and even met Tricia. She was very pleasant and the site is great. Lots of unique treasures plus the upstairs is a gallery with local artist paintings. Very nice. I'll definitely be returning.”
“The shop owner’s daughter was very pleasant to speak with while walking around and looking all the vintage treasures her parents have accumulated over 40 years. So much wonderful things to see and buy. It’s a must stop if you’re in town!! Family owned and run. You’ll won’t be disappointed on the southern hospitality, welcoming and the golden treasures here.”

“I had a bit of time before my hair cut at French and Towers this morning. Wanted to kill some time and decided to pop into Antique Market on Linden. What a hidden gem this spot is. It's located right next door to Caveat Coffee and has so much to look at. From furniture, kitchen ware and even some self care there is so,etching for everyone. Since I was just killing so,e time, I did not take the time I wanted and needed to really appreciate the shop, but from what I did see, this was a fantastic spot. I was greeted by two employees inside, they asked if I was looking for anything, but I was not. Just looking around. I did feel however that there were eyes on me at all times. Overall, cool spot. Lots to look at and appreciate. Will I go back... not so sure, but happy I gave it a chance when I did.”
“Roy Morton comes by his eye for quality naturally. He has developed Architectural Heritage into a National source for excellent architectural antiques and salvage. He makes the world your home.”
“This is absolutely my favorite store in Homewood. Drew and his associates provide the best service all the way around. His prices are awesome and he always has 1000 things I want. Whenever I am in town, I head straight to Argents.”
“As a fellow handmade rug business owner, I deeply appreciate the quality and uniqueness at Henhouse Antiques. Their curated collection and super-friendly staff made my visit 10/10. It's clear they share a passion for craftsmanship and history. Highly recommend for anyone who values charm and quality :)”
“One of the most fabulous thrifts stores that I have ever been in! I've been thrifting since I was a child (in the 70's & 80's) along with all over the country, throughout the years, including when I lived in Southern Cali (I'm from Wisconsin) And by far, this truly is the best. The people are sweet. The selection is eclectic & fabulous along with exceptional organization! It's a beautiful hidden gem where you never know what you are going to find.”
“I really enjoy visiting this shop. It's just so magical!
There was so much to look at, and I found several pieces I just had to take home.
I haven't encountered any rudeness, but I may not have met everyone who runs the shop.”
“I have an oil-on-canvass painting in an antique-looking gold frame that was missing a piece of the moulding at lower right corner (see the gaping hole on the frame in Pic1). So I visited Christopher House Antiques in Birmingham, Alabama, and spoke to Mr. Stephen Kao, its owner. He is such a nice gentleman, and very pleasant to talk to. He examined the frame and said he would be able to repair it. Basically he made a copy of the moulding pattern from another part of the frame and inserted it into the gaping hole, and touched it up as needed with gold paint. Now the frame looks fantastic (see Pic2), and I can’t even tell if it ever had a gaping hole ! I highly recommend Mr. Stephen Kao and his Christopher House Antiques for repairing antique pieces including frames and art pieces. He told me he also repairs antique furniture.”

“Best prices in Birmingham! We have decorated 2 different homes with several pieces from this store and everything has maintained great quality and received several compliments :)”
“Mr. Pyle was such a friendly and cordial gentleman to me. He was so knowledgeable and informative on clocks and so willingly to explain everything about my clock. He told me things about it that I would never have known. That meant so much to me. I certainly do highly recommend him to everyone needing clock work. You will be very happy you chose him. His charge was much LESS than I had anticipated .”
“Great location to find a good variety of well-curated stalls full of deals. ? The pricing ? is very reasonable and the administration does a good job both theming and encouraging booth owners to theme ? ? ?, meaning you usually get items that are seasonal. If that's your jam, you will love this place. ?”
“Definitely fun to look around and has a sense of humor - you can see the huge skeletons from the highway. But it's mostly run-of-the-mill antiques inside and cheap jewelry. There were some very nice crowns and tiaras near the front. If you're into digging around and looking, you might find some good stuff. I did spot some nice vinyl records in several spots. The basement is deceptively huge!”
“Huge, with a variety of items and at various prices, so something for everyone. But the best part was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff (sorry we didn't ask your name but we asked about egg coddlers).”
“If you are looking for antiques, this is the place for you. It is 23,000 square feet of wall to wall unique items from the present and the past. It takes a while to go through all the isles, but it is worth it. You could have lunch at the Craft Burger just down from Publix and then walk it off at the Brass Bear afterwards”
“I go to this antique store at Christmas because of the displays of Christmas items from Christmases past, the music, and the warm and friendly people who are working on their spaces and the ones who check out my purchases.I could spend all day, and all my money at this location and be very happy.”
