Can’t get anyone on the phone. Mail lady for co rd 21 throws packages on the ground because she is too lazy to get out so dogs tear them up that aren’t even my animals. Left several notes about a place for her to put them so she doesn’t have to get out and she just ignored them. PURE LAZINESS. Also maybe work on learning how to answer a phone.

Didn't receive any mail for a week because apparently she was "scared to get stuck" coming down our dirtroad. Then why did you apply for a job where you have to drive?? Make it make sense. You can't just not do your job for a week.

Mr. Cole at the Verbena location was extremely helpful to me, it was very busy and the week before Christmas.I wanted someone to know I appreciated his kindness.

Awful! Never open and you can't forget actually getting your mail or packages. Honestly I am confused why we even have that office it's never open no matter what the site says those hours are not accurate

Since I can't reach anyone by phone I will just leave this here. One of the mail carriers who delivers on County Road 24 and drives a white minivan is the worst mail carrier. Instead of delivering our packages to the door, she shoves them into my mailbox to the point I can barely get them out. I had a flat envelope with something fragile in it delivered to my address today, that clearly didn't fit into my box. She shoves it in there so bad that she ripped the sides of my package. Train this lady or fire her, she is a horrible mail carrier. Thanks!

Poor service all the way around. Poor hours and we never get our packages/mail. When we try, it is closed.... new mail people all the time. When you finally get to talk to someone, they are at least nice.

The Verbena Post Office is useless If I could write it lower than one star I would I have been to that Post Office during the week and the middle of the day and the doors are closed Save yourself some time go to different Post Office this one needs to be close it is useless to our community

Our mail on county rd. 97 in Verbena, Al. 36091 is a mess, I'm always getting someone else's mail and other people are getting my mail. I'm not very happy about this, looking for away to file a formal complaint.
