Everything was good except the vehicle. I bought a 2006 trailblazer and literally the next day the alternator went out they fixed that. 1 week later I had to replace the starter, I had to pay for that. I called to see if I could swap it out for somethin else on the lot and they wouldn’t even talk about it. At this point ive only had the trailblazer 2 weeks. I think it’s a flooded vehicle cause the back fender are rusting out. Just this week I had to fix the shift linkage. Not to mention I’m paying 6 times what the vehicle is actually worth.

Nice little car dealership nice guy I dealt with only had so much money to work with but a great paying job he was able to work the down payment and an agreement to pay the rest in two weeks and first car note won't be due for thirty days afterwords. Needless to say I'm now a very proud owner of a beautiful 2010 Mercy Milan Premier 4 that is in beyond excellent shape inside and out. I do recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs.

THEY SHOULD BE RATED A 0 (ZERO). The app wouldn't let me leave the stars blank. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT. THEY SELL SOUR APPLES AND LEMONS. The cars they sell have costly problems. Service engine soon lights are on, batteries are bad on the lot, alternators and starters need replacing before the customer buys the cars. Yet, the car lot don't replace them and is deceitful in saying THE CAR HAVE NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. The owner/manager say that once you sign the paper the car is AS IS and the person who signed the paper have to replace/fix whatever is wrong with the car. They give you a YELLOW CARD with your paperwork that can be used to get a % off at 2 businesses in Opelika & Auburn to replace the parts that's needed. This business knowingly sells bad cars. EXAMPLE: The salesman stated he told his boss that the car he had sold to an individual needed a battery because he had to jump it off the DAY BEFORE so somebody could test drive it. He continued to state that he had to jump it off for the person that bought it to test drive. When a grown up went back to the lot with the young, inecperienced owner about the battery the manager stated that THE CAR WAS AS IS AND THE PERSON NEEDED TO USE THE YELLOW CARD TO PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY. Mind you, it had only been 2 weeks since the car had left the lot and they have NO RESPONSIBILITY AND/OR IS LIABLE for ANYTHING ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR NAME on the paperwork for the car. Once you sign your name, the problem and ALL becomes YOURS with a % off. Even if the salesman know the problem existed prior to purchase, they WILL NOT hold RESPONSIBILITY to fix whatever is wrong with the car. The incidents I have encountered have involved young grown people and/or inexperience/first time car buyers. On another occasion, the wiring in the vehicle is faulty and the alternator went out in 4 weeks. Yet they said they aren't responsible because THAT'S SOMETHING THE PERSON THAT BOUGHT THE CAR DID.? The manager/owner stated to the individual with the alternator/wiring issue that SHE COULD RETURN THE VEHICLE; HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT GONNA RETURN HER DOWN PAYMENT which was OVER-THE-TOP anyway. REALLY?.I advise car shoppers to STAY AWAY FROM BOTH VALUE RIDE car lots, Auburn, AL and Opelika, AL. "What looks good on the outside, is not good on the inside." A business top priority should be to keep their business running with satisfied customers who will send others for business because they were satisfied. Not just for the money, then after the sale is final, the new owner is on their own. That's not how you build business. Look further than VALUE RIDE for a decent, reliable vehicle. Should you choose either lots, take the car not only on a test drive down 85 wide open, but stop by an auto parts store to have them do a diagnostic test on the vehicle. KEEP IN MND that once you drive off the lot with those signed papers, you have bought all the problems that are associated with the vehicle. Keep in mind VALUE RIDE PAY NOR REPAIR ANYTHING AFTER YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK. ALL SALES ARE AS IS AND FINAL.
