“After running over something on I 85, my Tpms light came on. It was late in the day so I called them. They were very accommodating and got me in at 815 the next day. They looked after me quickly, and they were unable to find anything in my tire although the pressure was low. Two employees checked with the same result. So back on went the tire which so far is good..Best part when time came for the bill..with a big smile..there is no charge here for this.. In all, I was there maybe 20 minutes. It does not look like much from the outside, but what I have learned in life is that looks can be deceiving. I did not need flashy, just good honest service. I highly recommend here..5 plus stars.. thank you Murray P”

“I had a great experience at West Point Tire. I had an 11am appointment and got there at 1045am, the tires that were supposed to be there by 10am hadn’t been delivered yet. They still started the work on an oil change and took the tires off the vehicle and off the rims while waiting on the delivery of the tires, they almost had the tires mounted and balanced before the tire delivery truck left the parking lot. My only regret is that I can’t give them ten stars. When Bob told me after learning the tires wasn’t there that he would have me out of there before dark, I realized that Bob has a sense of humor. Bob is a very nice and friendly guy. He won my repeat business today.”
