Family Dollar in valley is horrible, and so is their customer service and management. I'm not sure who I could speak with or call corporate on them, but they do not need their job nor does the manager there! They are rude disrespectful ,and way out of character. I had the manager cuss at me in front of 15 ppl. Never in my life have I seen managers as more disrespectful I will never shop back at family Dollar in valley again. Sad thing she felt like a fool because it was all a misunderstanding and she couldn't even look me in the face because she knew it was wrong on her part

My niece and son went and purchased a prepaid phone spent about 40.00 and the phone doesn’t work they tried to activate and it wouldn’t they couldn’t even call 611 on the phone and they called customer service from another phone and he told them to return the phone the store clerk said she couldn’t return the phone because it’s opened but if it doesn’t work and they just purchased it that doesn’t make any sense and it was a little over 40.00 I will be going on the website to sent this complaint to corporate office and this had made my new dollar store to be dollar general!

You can find things you need without go to a big store. Edit since the last time they have added a variety of items in their frozen sections.

The parking lot is full of trash constantly, and even the grass is full of trash, they keep the outside disgustingly dirty and full of litter!! Makes valley look so trashy. Clean up your store! Shame on the owner and employees.
