“I don't know how else to put it, I never had to file a claim with my insurance before and I was nervous throughout the whole process. I was on 85 and a work truck failed to dispose of a what looked to be a broken corner of drywall. It flew off their truck and cracked my front bumper and scratched my hood and chipped the paint off. I chose Jones because a neighbor recommended them and I followed up on reviews myself as well. I was more worried about the paint matching on the bumper and the hood and I'm pleased with the results, they couldn't have made it match any better on the bumper and the hood I can't even find where the paint chip was, even the metallic blends in perfectly.”

“A not-starting issue. Gauges lit, battery full strength…but no sound as key turned. Culprit was faulty connection gearshift cable. Replaced cable w/2 hrs labour. Advised 9:30 am & ready by 3pm after part arrived. Very prompt and courteous from each person. Highly recommend without any reservation.”

“I came here to get my ram, 1500 power steering fixed due to a previous dealership negligent they were quick the gentleman I spoke to was always respectful on the phone and the staff seem mainly happy to help when bringing in my vehicle. They were also very quick to tell me about any additional Feedback in the maintenance of my vehicle as well as letting me know what other repairs might need to be happened when I came to pick up my vehicle they were extremely helpful. The downside is the price is fairly expensive, but literally still half the cost of what the previous dealership that ruined my vehicle was going to charge me, I highly recommend this place to do business with. They were very happy when I came to pick up my vehicle staff member that seemed to just not have a good day or not even have any sort of emotion at all was the checkout lady she seemed pretty angry, and another downside is they don't offer any discount, but again if there's any mechanical work you need done I highly recommend this establishment great service, OK prices and very fast turnaround!”

Of course, the folks at Kenny Knox had to order the parts and being close to the holidays there was a delay but we were kept in the loop and assured soon as the parts were delivered, repairs would be done.
