Ace is by far the most helpful little place I’ve ventured into! Most definitely one of my favorite little places in this town. A hidden gem, if you ask me! Mark is so helpful and goes beyond to offer his services and develop a great relationship for any possible future business.

🗣🗣🗣DON'T!!! Take your car to this establishment!! My first encounter was a red flag, I had a conversation with Mark, who went on to tell me about his help had quit including the secretary at the front desk. Which I thought was very unprofessional!! I just wanted my wind shield window fixed, When I went back to pick up my car Mark kept insisting I had a 100 deductible which no deductible was needed!! After one month My window shield starting leaking, so I reached back out to Mark to let him know, and he said they would look into it. The molding on the window was broke when they installed the window. When Mark called me to tell me my car was ready he LIED and said it was sunroof, and he wasn't going to charge me. when I picked it back this time, they glued the molding together, took my door panel apart. The door would not close completely and there was yet another leak , I called Mark who didn't answer or returned my call!!! Never Again!!

I don't even know where to start... the unprofessional answers I recieved, the lack of customer service, or even being told that he (the man on the other end of the call) is "tired of these calls." I wasn't worried about the cost, I just wanted a windshield replaced. After the 3rd time he told that he was tired of these kind of calls I bid him a good day, and promptly hung up on whatever he was saying next. Holy cow.

I don't want to even rate this place, So unprofessional and rude. Had to call the Police to come out so I could get my vehicle. Even had wiper on backwards. If I hadn't of noticed that it would have scratched the paint. The only Professionals there were The Valley Police Department THANKS SO MUCH

Mark is very unprofessional and is a absolute time waster . Confirmed a appointment with me at 12:00 I called at 12:47 he acted like it was no big deal . Never showed up like he said he was. Then asked to use my companies equipment because he dint have the right tools to do the job. SMH . STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is a scam! They were supposed to order my rear glass for a F250 truck. The lady took a $50 deposit over the phone in order to order the glass. Took my money and she is no longer is allowed to come back. The main issue though; they never ordered my glass and never refunded me the deposit.

I had the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience here. I was told my car would be ready the same day but I had to wait a week to get it. I called several times and went up there to get my car and no one answered or was at the shop. On Friday, I called mark and he told me that he couldn’t get to the shop at the time because his father died (a lie) and that my car WAS NOT at the shop and then turned around and said it was there but he lost my key. We go to the shop while I’m on the phone with mark (saying he isn’t there) to knock on the door and he walks out of the shop. Says that he didn’t have my keys and couldn’t find them. We told him to start looking and they were in his desk the entire time. I do not recommend anyone to this place, worst experience.Service: Auto power window repair

Ace Glass, very unprofessional and unpleasant people to deal with. Mark the owner is not trust worthy. If you ever go there be prepared for someone to repair what the screw up. Never again will I or my family use Ace Glass.Services: Vehicle window tinting

Would definitely not recommend this place. This “business” is a waist of space in the valley area. Mark is not a professional by any means. Him and his secretary and very rude! Her son is his helper in the back and has only been there a few months with little experience and Mark let’s him work on vehicles alone! I had multiple pieces of my interior broken by him , air still coming through the windshield and much more and they denied it all. They charge a professional price for a shorty job. It took them 2 weeks to get my vehicle right! They do not answer the phone what so ever and get there whenever they feel like it. They also should update the business hours because 9 times out of 10 they will not be there at 8. I also had glass left everywhere in my vehicle and when I confronted him he said “well we aren’t a detail shop.”

Had an appointment for Mark to come out to get estimate to have our windows done at our Manufacturing Plant and they called 8 minutes before our Appointment time to let us know he was not coming. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will be finding someone else to do the work.The below response from the business is a LIE. When they cancelled they said he was busy and Mark called a hour later himself saying he could come.
