“2 weeks later and I’m back in the game! Johnson's Paint & Body Shop got my car ready for the road again ! All I had to do was call and let them know the car was headed to them . From texting the time the wrecker made it , texting when the adjuster came , to texting letting me know they was done ! The communication was AWESOME !”

Great knowledge and very helpful and teaches you if you don't know what is going on with your vehicle cause I had no idea what cylinder my husband truck is and she looked it up and took me outside to show me where to locate it under the hood. “Although a service center member gave me a very off the wall, odd and very roundabout excuse as to why he couldn't change the oil in my vehicle on a previous visit at this store location, my faith has since been renewed on my more recent visit here.The associate was very courteous, and promptly attended to my vehicle service needs. He in no way made ANY mention of the very odd excuse that the former service associate had made, especially since I have had a consistent record of oil changes there. My advice is to get service here in mornings to midday, as later shifts tend to be more...dismissive of customer service needs. ?”

“Glenn did a good job repairing the dent on my car door. Someone had badly hit it and I thought it was going to cost me "an arm and leg" to have it repaired, but he gave me a good deal and I didn't even have to go through my insurance. I give 4 stars due to the fact that I still hear something rattling in my car door, although he said he couldn't find anything. Anyways, I will just let someone else check it out. He is a good person to work with. I recommend him.Service: Painting”
