This company is a total scam. They will take your order and your payment, say they have created a shipping label, but never ship your product. They won't reply to e-mails or phone calls. Unless you enjoy disputing charges with you credit card provider - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Received a text my order was processed for shipment, and they took my payment, but no product was ever sent to the shipping company. Received no replies to my emails inquiring why they hadn’t shipped and they don’t ever pick up the phone. This company is a scam. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I hope this fraudulent company gets shut down.

If I could give a negative review I would they will not answer the phone I have left them multiple voicemails they will not call you back I would not ever ever waste my time with these people again ever I advise you never to order from this place

I had better experience with them before. This time they never responded to multiple inquiries I sent about my order placed almost a month ago. Today I finally got a shipping notice. We will see if the shipment actually got delivered otherwise I will file a dispute via my credit card company. Never again.

I'm a veterinarian and I do NOT recommend this company! 2 months after my order they have yet to ship my product. I've had 2 different "shipping labels" created but the carrier hasn't yet received a package. No one answers the phone and I have yet to receive a return call after leaving several voicemails requesting to cancel the order. Don't waste your time or money.

VIC Pharmacy had issued a return label for my return request on 02/01/2022. But after the USPS had delivered my return items (worth $250) back to them on 02/07/2022, VIC Pharmacy never credit the refund amount back to my Visa. I had tried to send 6 separate emails and left several phone messages to ask for refund but never receive any response from them up to today 02/25/2022. VIC Pharmacy is a very dishonest company. Don't deal with them!
