The workers are nice face-to-face. Over the phone they do not treat you very well. So sad. I love supporting black businesses. Unfortunately, sketchy customer service is a deal-breaker. Their technology needs updating but their customer service has ran this member away.

They charge you $1 everytime you use your debit card, but they do not disclose this info! Stay far away from these people they will rip you off!!!

The workers are great. !! Been with the company a very long time!! But the bank needs to be updated!! Really bad!!
