“I have had positive transactions for years. If I had a question, it was answered. I get random calls from the branch manager whenever I use the various services. The employees are friendly. I really like that I can make withdrawals in increments of $1. I also liked when we were able to cash checks at the ATM. The only thing I don’t like is charging me so many NSF fees if I already don’t have the money for the transaction.”
