My son is a college student at Tuskegee, and he is 2 hours away from home. His car went on the fritz and we all panicked because he is living off campus and relies on his car to make it to practice and class. Mr. Elroy went out of his way to make sure my son was taken care of. He called me after business hours to make sure my son was not stranded. He offered a tow to the shop and was very accommodating to my son’s crazy schedule. Once he got the car, he was extremely knowledgeable! Being that this is a German car, I was even more impressed with his expertise. He was no nonsense, prices were very reasonable, and I am glad to say I found a mechanic that we can trust! I highly recommend Mr. Elroy.

Took about three calls to answer the phone was then told to show up on Saturday at 8:30, and when I do nobody is there. I wait about 15 minutes but then just decided to leave because I didn’t want to sit in an empty parking lot by myself that early in the morning.
