Had a problem but Nate stepped up and took care of it. In today's society that means a lot

Engine light my 2014 Suburban came on. Got readout from AutoZone. Showed O2 sensor out. Told that to Greenway mechanic. Told me main circuit board bad. Est around $800. Replaced unit. That was June. Three months later with only a couple hundred miles added light comes on again. Took it in and they told me they now need to replace the O2 sensor for another $350. Looks like they replaced the wrong part the first time and now want the fix the right one and charge me more. Rip off.

My grandfather purchased a brand new 2013 Chevy Silverado from University Chevrolet Buick in2013. He passed away on Christmas Eve and as a result I am helping to sell the truck in order to get money for my grandmother to live off of. Being old and emotional when he purchased it they took him to the cleaners in 2013. (My friend who is a car salesman for a dealership ran the numbers and said they knocked him out cold back then). I attempted to go back to sell it to them. One would hope I could get it at a clean book value (had my friend run this from his dealership software as well so that I knew exactly what it would be fairly appraised for) and they came back with an offer significantly lower than I know that the truck is worth. I'm at another dealership now that is offering 4,000 more for it than University. The moral of the story - if you want to get slaughtered in this life (and the next) University Chrysler Buick is for you. Ask for Brian Caldwell - he'll be more than happy to help you out.
