“They always do right by you. We have an older car, and almost always have, and they are great on working with you when you need something. Tires are fairly priced and they can do most basic jobs on cars.
They do have a service to where they can bring you a tire if you get stuck and don’t have a spare. We have had to use them because we don’t have a jack anymore. The service is $25 and fairly priced for a “home” visit service.
If you have a newer car or are needing extravagant detail/fixes to your car, you might be better off somewhere else. Not because they won’t do it, they just are and old family place that are great at basic things, which is why I will keep an older car as long as possible.”
“Quick and easy! I dropped my car off to get a flat patched. Within the hour, the people at Wilks called to let me know there was a screw in my tire, AND that my tire sensor was broken. Very helpful and communicative.”

“The staff here is so awesome. I go in about once every two months for a tire that wants to stay low all the time and Will is always so nice and friendly and has shared a story or two about tires. Ahahahaha. He is such a joy to have around. I know when my tire(s) finally reach the end of their life, the ONLY PLACE TO GO. FOR ME, IS TIRES ONLY. Like R.J. said, most of the tire places around here should spend a day with these guys. So, if u r thinking u need tires, take your vehicle in. If you don't need tires, they will tell u and about how many miles u have left on the tires. Once again, they are the greatest.”

“Simmons tire helped me discover my front end issue with my tahoe, the mechanic was very informative telling and showing me that the front end parts were not the right parts that were put on in the first place he fixed it best he could and told me the parts it would take to properly fix it i will be back first chance i get to let them fix it to proper specs, thank yall for the honesty and great customer service i will be recommending.”

“These guys really help me out of a very sticky situation when my wife's car blew a flat tire yesterday. My insurance company's roadside assistance messed up the schedule pickup which would have left me stranded for several hours before a recovery vehicle could come out. Tire Giant had a new tire to replace the old one but when they learned of my issues with roadside. these guys actually came out to my location took the wheel off and went back to the shop and put the new tire on and came back and put it on for me at no charge and after hours!!!They will definitely be getting my business in the future!!”
