Man these guys are homerun hitters! I was towed to their shop on a weekend so they weren't open but I was getting some stuff out of my truck to take to the hotel when Joey, the owner showed up and we chatted about my issue and he even volunteered to pull my trailer over to my hotel, no charge. Too cool. First thing Monday morning they got started on my fuel pump and finished by 3:00 which is amazing because the tank was full and I had them do some a tune up and other things since it was already in the shop. Great people, Dana was awesome and fast with getting me in and back out. Joey is just a mechanical genius! I'm still blown away and blessed beyond measure. They didn't charge me nearly enough either. I really thought it would be way more.Only thing to note is the address on this listing is their tire shop. The mechanic shop is103 Broadway StreetMussel Shouls, ALProbably best to call them and get the specifics. Can't go wrong with these folks and their team! ACES!Now I'm singing a Willy Nelson song..."On the Road Again" Praise Jesus!

Very honest I had an issue switch they checked it out and could not find anything wrong and didn't charge me a dime they could have charged me a service fee but they did not

I contacted this service to check my suspension. The wizard refers to the fact that these are noises not in the suspension, but in the transmission. Although then I went to another service and they did not specify the exact cause of the breakdown. And also in this service, inadequate prices for checking the suspension took $60 from me, which is very expensive for such unqualified assistance. I don’t recommend this service to service my car

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! He left my vehicle unlocked and my radio got stolen and they cut my wireing harness in my dash and he wouldn’t do anything to help me!! Also the wireing he did under my hood was terrible costing me thousands to fix the shoty work he did terrible guy!!!

Was sent here by Action Auto in Florence on Tuesday ,11/30/21, to replace my stereo. He said he would order it that day, even went as far as to call me the same day and said he ordered it and it would be in the next morning Wednesday 12/1/21! Husband went up there next morning and he said he still had not received said order. So we wait all day, call back around 3pm , they didn't answer, so we left a message on Voicemail. No call back. We call Thursday 12/2/21, no one answers ALL day. Action Auto tries to call as well on Thursday 12/2 & Friday 12/3, no one answers. So a representative of Action Auto goes up there on Friday 12/3/21 and speaks directly to them and they told them they didn't even ordered the radio nor wanted to deal with it. That is so unprofessional. Just tell someone when they come up there the first day, you don't work on things like that or aren't capable of it, don't say you will and then avoid them!

I have went to them, 3 different times bc my air went out. Everytime, they say it's something new that caused it, so I pay them to fix it, now my air is out AGAIN for a forth time THIS Summer but I won't be using them again... I won't be back at this shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
