This is the best Hyundai dealership with the best customer service! The engine started going bad in my Santa Fe Sport on Sunday, had it towed to Greenway Hyundai on Monday, on Tuesday they had the diagnosis & the approval for a new free engine, and by Friday I was able to pick it up. I cant thank them all enough! Jessica the case manager is so nice. They truly care about their customers, and I am so thankful for them.

Dealership itself was very friendly and professional. Not extremely happy with the manufacturer Hyundai. They should stand behind their products better. Paint coming off in sheets is not normal wear and tear. The dealer can only do what Hyundai allows so it’s not Greenways fault.

The only complaint I have is the fact you cant get a rental. I had to beg and look for a ride to and from work for 3 days waiting to hear from my case worker.... which I have NOT heard from yet.. and I got my car back yesterday. Said she would call in 3 to 5 days.... WHY by that time you have already missed a week of work or you're sitting at home with NO transportation. That whole system is just absolutely ridiculous!!!!
