The guys up front are terrible and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. This will be my first and last time doing business with them after bringing my trailer to them to measure everything to custom order my axle and tires and nothing being right and they acted like they didn’t care or it wasn’t there fault. Not to mention I had to call a different location in another state to get them to patch me through to them. $600 later and I’m still not happy. But with all the bad the guys in the back are awesome and should be working the front counter

Provided the sales associate the dexter axle model and serial numbers for brake assemblies. Picked up 4 assemblies removed first drum and saw they were not correct. Carried them back, salesperson could not find the correct assemblies. I googled it and gave them the part numbers which they agreed were correct but could not find any in their system. Found the price of $275 each but no idea of how long it would take to get them. Asked for my debit card to be credited back but they couldn't do that because of the amount. Took a week to get the money back, never got a time on delivery. Bought Dexter assemblies on line for less than half of their quoted price and arrived in 3 days with free shipping.

If this company site says open, then why don't they answer the telephone for two days?

No customer service! It feels as if you are interrupting their day to do business with them. This was not my first experience with them, but it may be my last!..

Needed trailer parts, I traveled to store in Muscle Shoals. They closed at 1pm on a regular business day. I tried again on Friday and they are closed on Friday. It appears the customer service is not important and they do not want to sell products. Very poor Management!

Busy, busy, busy is what Redneck Trailer Supplies was. Of course, I waited until the last minute to go But they were friendly, efficient, and very helpful to me.

I have tried to call them and the phone rings and no answer. Drove to Tuscumbia al [60 miles one way] get there and the sign says open 10-1.What a joke. I will find someone else to buy my trailer parts from.

After driving 25 minutes to get there I found a sign in the door saying the lobby was closed. I called and the receptionist transferred me to someone who never answered. After waiting 15 minutes I hung up and called back. This time a man answered and I explained my situation to him. He didn't care that I needed parts. All I was asking was for someone to verify which axle and wheel I needed, but they couldn't be bothered. I'll not be back.

We had to have a new axle for our double axle trailer. We took the trailer to the facility and the employee measured the old axle, while still on the trailer, for us. After measuring, he then ordered us an axle according to his measurements. We received the axle not to long afterwards. My father and I spent 4 hours on the weekend taking the old axle off and trying to replace the new one. We have replaced an axle before without any problems. This one just would not fit no matter what we did. Eventually I measured the old axle compared with the new one and the new was 1.5 inches longer. Frustrated, we waited until the next business day to return the axle. Accidents happen with measuring so I wasn’t terribly upset. When we arrived at Redneck trailers, we explained that the old axle was 1.5 inches smaller than the new axle. The same salesman questioned our ability to measure and measured it himself going out to our truck and measuring both axles. He agreed that they were different sizes but would not take the axle back and replace it. In fact, he did not even apologize and could not offer us any solution other than taking a torch to the axle and cutting off the U bolts and replacing them in the correct position and welding them ourselves. The only problem with this is that we had to do all that work ourselves, and the new axle will now sit 0.75 inches outside of the second axle on each side. I am very disappointed in the service of this business.
