I am so happy with my purchase. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the furnishings. They are so nice. Also the men that delivered the furniture were so nice and so helpful. They asked me every time before they put a piece of furniture in place, is this where you want this. I really appreciate that, because I wouldn’t have been able to move the furniture around once they left. Amazing shopping experience ?

I have purchased from YourWay in the past years when the older gentleman was there but this Danny is very disrespectful and the Mexican lady follow his lead seems he gets mad when you want to pay 90 days same as cash very rude to me and wanted to be argumentative I will never purchase anything at this store as long as he works there

Your Way furniture has been my mothers go to place for furniture for years! After searching high and low for a couch that fit what I was looking for, I ended up at Your Way. They had a great selection, fair pricing, and great customer service. Now I know not to bother looking around and to go straight to Your Way!

I needed a recliner to sleep in because of a back injury, I go in Your way Furniture, find one I like and ask the older gentleman if they had that one in stock he said Yes, So I paid, they delivered me the floor model !!! I said I wanted a new one NOT a floor model at full price, well they denied it was the floor model but I had put a mark on it so I would know if they tried to pull that stunt ! So they sell floor models that lord knows who or what has been on them as "new" Never will buy another piece of furniture from them !

We have been doing business with Yourway since around 2010 and have always had a good experience until now. We always conduct business with Pete and it has always been great. We just recently moved again and was in need of quite a few items. I called Pete around 4pm to let him know we were on our way. I confirmed that the store hours were until 530pm. He said they usually try to leave around 515 but no problem since he knew we were coming. We were there by 430 and he was assisting us with pieces we were looking for. Around 510pm the manager, Danny Reed, made a comment that 'we were already keeping them after hours' and he wasn't joking. It was very rude since we were paying cash and was spending a good bit. Because of that comment we will not use this store any longer. It saddens me because Pete is a really good guy and works hard for the customers. Danny needs training in Customer Service!
