This place absolutely sucks!!! I came 2 mins late to turn in a cable box and they wouldn’t let me in the door. You can’t tell me it would take forever to turn in a box. Also they had just let a gentleman in a min before. Worst company ever!!!

If you’re just gonna decide to change the hours and just not be open at all on a Wednesday then update your hours online. So stupid. Wasting peoples times. Wouldn’t have xfinity at all if it wasn’t my only option. Always spotty. Super annoyed…

They do not even deserve a one! Most mismanaged company on the planet. The fact that customers are stupid enough to sit and wait for an hour to get waited on is insane. People get mad and walk out and the customer service person does not even tell them they can make an appointment and not have to wait. She could also assist some people but rarely does. Comcast has done this for years. They obviously do not care about the cutomers.

If you’re looking at the reviews for this Xfinity location there’s a really good chance you’ve been sitting on their couches waiting to be checked in for about thirty minutes. The good news is you’ll have plenty of time to write a review before they see you. All I needed to do was pick up some equipment. But they put you in the same line as people who are there to set up a new internet service, or upgrade a mobile device. How is that an effective business model (it’s not)? I sat for 45 minutes while two of the three visible employees both helped the same lady buy an iPad. How many people does that take? There should be a separate line for equipment pick up / return. If you’re there now, good luck.

Service is not worth the money and when you try to call about lowering the bill they act as if that's impossible! My email account with them keeps getting hacked or I keep getting emails from foreigners claiming they're Comcast or Xfinity trying to get my card information! I'm sick of them!

I took my equipment back about 10:30 and the place was busy. I couldn't even get signed in. I left and returned at 12:15. The crowd had cleared out. I was in and out in less than five minutes with a receipt showing that I had returned the equipment.

I went into the store today (9/15/2023) all the associates were busy, this is my first visit to the store since I've been with Xfinity for two years, I didn't know I had to sign in but a female associate asked me has I signed in and I said no, so she took my name and told me she don't know how long it would be before I can be seen. How be ever, I sat down to a table and waited thirty minutes by that time a lady came in and signed in she waited at least twenty minutes and then I saw her get up and walk to the counter by that time I said ummm, so I walked up behind her and a male associate began to wait on her and I saw a guy just walked in and another associate waited on him so I'm like the associates had called anyone name so I asked the associate so it didn't do me any good to sign in then he looks at his tablet and tell me I have three people ahead of me I asked him how is that and I was here before both of them and he just shook his head as if he was lost so I told him I'll just call customer service to handle my business over the phone. I'm very upset it makes no sense how unprofessional they are. I hope I don't have to go back in that store again. Unsatisfied customer ??.

Waiting over 90 minutes, not enough staff to see someone to just turn a phone in. They need to remove the chairs at the counters and they would serve 3 times the customers. Everyone sits and talks with customers…really don’t need to sit and talk about your kids and what your having for lunch when 10 people are waiting. Lots of very frustrated people.
