Be wary of test drives on vehicles that do not require them. Shop mechanics will take vehicles out for fun or to run mechanic errands.
If they damage it, they will do all they can to avoid fault. Read the reviews of people have to sue or check out backspeedboys on YouTube

We are from Alabama. Drove up to Burbank from San Diego where my husband and I had been working all week to surprise our 16 year old son with the inside tour at West Coast. When we got there the young lady at the desk said they were short handed and were not doing tours. Ryan was in his office and I do not know if he heard my accent or me tell our son I am sorry the surprise did not come through but Ryan came out called the young lady into his office, she came back out asked if we could wait an hour and they could do the tour. My son was excited (so was my husband). I thank you Ryan for accommodating us and helping me make this happen for our boy. We also learned how much Ryan gives back to the community. He has a school in which he teaches local young men and women the trade he grew up in. Thank you Ryan and all of your staff who were very kind.

On pickup, the truck looked really good although there was a wet mop smell. On closer inspection I noticed the carpet was not clean around the doors and the carpet under the mats was wet. I tried cleaning the carpet myself. The soap turned brown and so did the rinse water. My efforts resulted a much more satisfactory result. I took pictures but sadly there is not a post option. I brought my 2021 truck in to have it detailed. They did a pretty good job with detailing the inside and outside except this big A__ dent on the roof now. I took it back to the shop and of course. They said it was there when you brought it in. I asked them if they have camera’s in the bay and the owner told me the DVR was down but I could ask the building across the street to look at theirs. Apparently this is their M/O. I guess I’ll take the next stepsService: Auto detailing

This place is awful! They are lucky zero stars is not an option or that's what I'd pick. I took my boat here to get detailed and after 5 days of having it I went to pick it up and it had not been touched. They couldn't have do anything more than put a hose on it if that. I wiped spots off with my finger and it was supposed to be detailed. 0/10 do not recommend. The manager is a d******* too.

Great place to have radio installed .. Everytime I go here., they get me right , whether it’s radio, tint, etc . Great experience, Great services, Good people..

The sign says lifetime warranty, I did not receive that. They wouldn't give a receipt and when I asked what am I supposed to do if something happens or the tint messes up, they said we don't fix it. I do NOT recommend going thereService: Window tinting
