Wish they could do better about the super long lines sometimes. Have a way to accommodate those who have less than maybe 5 items. Last week I need to just get some cough medicine for my child and I was going to customer service and was told I had to go to the main line. The end of it was way back in produce. It took 20 minutes just to get up to the check lane for 1 item. If my child didn’t really need it I would’ve left.

I already dislike that the only option you have is self check out. I am doing the job of an employee without pay or a discount. But they have many standing around who don't want to help you. I was trying to buy a carton of 18 eggs, it rang up as 36, aparantly someone had seperated it. I show an employee it is charging me for more eggs than I have, she tells me it is supposed to be more but offers no help. I explained to her that i would like to only pay for what I am buying she explains to me that she cannot change the price. I asked her if she could go get me another 18 then, she tells me to go do it myself. I explain to her that I don't feel comfortable with leaving all the groceries I had already rang up. She finally agreed to go get the eggs for me. She walks away, then 5 min. later she comes back and goes to help another customer. Now there are other people standing around that could have done that, also where was she the last 5 minutes? I ask her about my eggs and she tells me I am going to have to wait. I see another employee standing next to her doing nothing and ask her if she can go get them, she ignores me. I finally give up on getting eggs and ask if she can please just void the charge, I won't get any eggs. Eventually she comes over and voids the charge but she was very rude and making accusations while doing it. I ignored her accusations but then she walked over to stand with the other employees standing around and began loudly talking badly about me in front of the other customers. I spent over $300.00 in that store and did not deserve the treatment I received. I tried calling the manager, I was told he was on lunch. I left a message for him to please call me back but I never heard from him. They are a store that at one time was known for phenomenal customer service but that day I received some of the worst customer service and horrible treatment from customer service that I have ever been subjected to. Pathetic.

Terrible. Received three sandwiches from the deli that were covered in mold. Never buy refrigerated products from this store

It's a Walmart. I went early and wasn't crowded. The store was clean and service associates were friendly.

Easy in and out. Loved the selection of frozen food. No waiting in the self checkout. Will be back soon. (Get a buggy from the parking lot because they don't have any by the door..lol)

They ran out of grocery bags. I asked if they contacted another Wal-Mart to get bags and they said all the Wal-Mart's in Tuscaloosa were out. Really?

Great store for neighborhoods not so close to the super Walmart. I enjoy shopping this store. It is clean and the employees are polite and professional. Easy to navigate.
