I could have gone back there, pulled out the vaccine, and learned how to vaccinate myself from a 10 minute YouTube video and it would have been faster than what they did here. Still waiting to this minute

Terrible experience, 45 mins for a WAITER, one girl was in house shoes on the job. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Both technician were extremely rude to me and also every other patient I heard them speak to. Nicole the pharmacy manager stated the wait time for 1 box of steroids was 45 mins.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever encountered. The pharmacy is always delays refills so don’t expect to have them on time. If I have a new prescription called in it always takes them at least a day to process it. When I call to speak to the pharmacy when there is an issue with them filling my prescription, they are almost always rude and unhelpful, save for one or two good techs. If you want to be helped in an efficient and nice manor, I recommend you choose a different pharmacy.

Please go anywhere else for prescriptions. This Walgreens location is the most unreliable business that I have ever encountered. My life-saving medication will be put on hold for days, only for pharmacy hours to be extremely inconsistent when I want to pick up. Pharmacy opening and closing hours are not often what is advertised online. Customer service is abhorrent. I do not ask for much when it comes to customer service, but the lack of accountability scares me, considering that they are working with dispensing medications to people that need them!

I have never experienced such horrible service. These workers are completely incompetent it’s unbelievable. I have been calling for a week about a prescription I need and now have gone without it because it has never been ordered after being told for a week it was ordered multiple times by different people. Then I tried to transfer the prescription to a different place and they told them that there is nothing on file for me and cancel my prescription. Go somewhere else this has been the worst experience. I have never wrote a review on google but I genuinely have never been more mad or received such horrible communication. I hate this place.

**You can go to the CVS website and very easily transfer all of your prescriptions online and never have to deal with this pharmacy again!**This place is absolutely awful. Their refill system doesn't work, so you have to call in each time for a refill and speak with one of their incredibly rude and unhelpful employees (hey, Kira!). Beyond that, the employees don't listen to their customers, so if you go in, you'll notice customer after customer having to repeat themselves to the increasingly rude employees. Absolutely awful. Bonus: your refill won't be refilled in time, so plan on going without your meds for 3 or 4 days. Or you can transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy and leave this headache behind.

Avoid this place. I asked them to call another pharmacy to get a prescription transferred, they told me to tell that pharmacy to call them. When the other pharmacy notified me that the receiving one has to call (which I assume the Walgreens worker knew originally) I had to call Walgreens 3 more times until they said they’d do it. When I came to fill my prescription, I paid and they gave me an empty bottle with no label on it. I never write reviews but giving someone an empty bottle instead of the drugs they need is crazy!!

Often rude and uncaring pharmacy service. Couple of guys that are really great though. Always glad when i see them at the window. Unfortunately, i usually don't get them and i am searching for a new pharmacy after years of service.

Told me my prescription would be ready last night, I come in this afternoon for them to tell me it wont be ready for another 15 minutes— always a ridiculous wait in the pharmacy

Who ever was working the pharmacy window tonight is awful. I had her about a week ago as well and she has a very negative attitude both times I’ve been in here for no reason. The costumer service is consistently bad here.
