I have never had such a wonderful experience finding the right tennis shoes. I went in to buy a certain shoe for my sister and then realized that they had a sale buy one get one 50% off so I found another shoes I liked on the table and got them. Well I get home and I look at them and the more I looked at them the more I just didn’t like the color so I knew I was taking them back. I went back the next day to return and there was absolutely no hassle in returning and getting another pair. The employees are amazing and make you actually feel like someone when you walk in the door not just another customer to check out. This will be the only place I make my tennis shoe purchases for myself and my family. Thank yall Wagners on Queen City Ave for everything and being so wonderful!

Had a Terrible experience with them. Their customer service is horrible. I emailed the company just to let them know so maybe they could fix the issue for other future customers and didn't even receive an email back so that let me know they don't care. I try to support small businesses but this place is terrible. I went straight to a department store and made my purchases that day. If your trying to support small and looking for any kind of customer service it is not here.

It's been more than 10 years since I've gotten any shoes at a physical store. I've always gone to Amazon, but after my visit here and the work they put into measuring my gait and making sure I understood all my options and pricing. I bought a pair of shoes. The prices are a little higher and it's a little less convenient than purchasing shoes online would be, but I would trade that any day for the service I got and the fact that the shoes feel like they fit perfectly. Definitely try this place out if you're looking for athletic shoes.

The employees and manager have all been wonderful during each visit. They are prompt and courteous, very polite! They take the time to work with you on finding the right fit. They like getting to know their customers and seem to really enjoy what they do.
