I called the costumer service and explained the issue. They told me to go to the store. And I’m here, spent too much time and they are telling me to call the costumer service. Poor service!

My review is no referenced to the store or staff. I got the wireless and I was told I had thirty days to return no charge. Returned it well before the 30 days and was still charged by Verizon even though they said the records showed I returned in time. I paid the extortion fee of 40 dollars just because I got sick of the horrible customer service. Beware if you try the wireless and they tell you the same thing they told me and the commercials. Just made me happy I stuck with my current provider - I changed my rating for the store the staff did nothing wrong. Verizon Corporate took my money they made the commercials they saw in their records I turned it in on time yet I had to pay. Your staff did their job correctly.

need help with verizon smart family application. For a week now I have been trying to log into my account and it doesnt let me. I have been on hold numerous times to try and get a live agent which is almost impossible. Finally after holding for 50 minutes I get an agent who says she needs to transfer me and than disconnects me. This is ridiculous I pay for this application. I need the GPS for my sons location. Please any suggestions before I cancel it . Debra S.

would give one star if i could. worst management i have ever seen - i am truly shocked they are still in business. they have no care or regard for any customers time or needs. i completely broke my phone and it is not usable so i went to buy a new one. I was then promptly told to call my mom because I had to be transferred as an account manager in order to purchase a new phone. the guy that was helping me then "left for his lunch break". it was 3:30pm. his lunch break has been over for hours. what type of management lets their employees start helping someone then leave???? I sat on the phone with my mom for an hour and 27 minutes before someone finally helped me. the manager said she wasnt able to change my moms email on our account so i wouldn't be able to get a new phone. she then was rude to my mom on the phone and handed me the phone and walked away, acting as if she did not care about the customers at HER store. she told me to go to the apple store and buy a new phone in which i responded - "i am not from here, my phone is broken and does not turn on, how am i supposed to get directions to the nearest apple store, which is in fact an hour away?" she did not give me any help so now i had to buy a stupid samsung tracphone at target for 50$ while my mom spends 1200$ on a new phone 10 hours away and pays the overnight shipping fee. you should definitely go here if you want zero help and to be disrespected by uneducated people who don't care about you or your business. this is truly the worst place of establishment i am at a loss for words. oh they also made me cry.

My husband and I opened a new account at Verizon yesterday. My husband was new to Verizon and I was already an existing customer. We were at the store for a few hours just because we had to close an AT&T account and get access to my current Verizon account and get it swapped to our new account. TYLER was the person working with us and he did an amazing job. He was able to answer our millions of questions and had a positive and professional attitude the entire time. He was also able to help several other customers while attending to our needs. He made the hours we had to spend there bearable and I can't say enough how great he was at his job! Thank you!

I have been dealing with issues with my Verizon iPhone 15 upgrades (3 lines) for 2 months. Finally got my daughter her new phone and she was having problems with data transfer and went into this store for help and they wanted to charge me $30 to solve the issue, even though there is a bug with iPhone 15 software. My daughter had a cough and the associate asked why my daughter why she came out in public when she’s sick! Mind you, she’s been on antibiotics for 3 days and had a residual cough. Left that store and went to another location where we were helped with kindness and not charged to help solve our issues. We have 4 Verizon lines and 2 home internet accts with Verizon. Horrible customer service.

We've been with Verizon for many years. Our experience with the Tuscaloosa location was hands down the best service we have ever had received with any Verizon employee/location. Angela was exceptional - she is patient & friendly, and made setting up new devices so simple. Much appreciated!!

Really enjoyed my experience. The customer service was impeccable and I was able to get what I came for and more. They didn’t push upsells down my throat but just mentioned something about them and of course I like to buy things so it peaked my curiosity. I never felt that I had to purchase anything extra the option was there if I wanted it. Very nice staff and very attentive to my needs.
