I’m not sure who I spoke with yesterday, she said she didn’t know how to help with taking credit cards for box renewal. Promised to call back—-never heard another thing. Called this morning an was helped by Kyle. Excellent customer service. He took care of the problem immediately.

I went to this UPS store today and Nicki and her staff were very accommodating with helping box a very large package for my workplace. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They truly saved the day with all their hard work! Highly recommend and will do business again. Thank you!
