At first I was thrilled I could find something in my budget and SEEMED like nice furniture. Unfortunately, I purchased a bed set and moved to Georgia and saw that two of my drawers on my dressers were broken and the other one was scratched up fresh out of the box. When I called for some rectification, I was told since I'm no longer in Alabama it was nothing to be done. So I paid over $1,000 on damaged furniture. So just be careful buying here, just in case. It seems like you get what you pay for. They say they're the "good guys" but it looks like they just get your money and offer no solution for THEIR defective furniture. For the price, if the furniture wasn't damaged it would be great, but I would not have spent that kind of money on broken furniture. I would suggest only going if you don't really care about the presentation of your stuff.

I was helped by James and he was very helpful, polite, and professional. He made sure I had a good plan to go along with the furniture I wanted within the space I was describing. The store itself had plenty of selection to choose from and I look forward to returning

Please save your time and do not come to this place. The grumpy old man inside was very rude from the get go. After he heard I was taking my business to mattress firm he then began yelling at me inside the store calling me stupid he put it as being in "lala land" as we were leaving he stated he just didn't want me wasting my money which I'm glad I didn't waste it here I went over to mattress firm and got the mattress I wanted.

Stay away horrible customer service, the furniture there is very cheap and won't last long. I brought a mattress from there 1 months ago and the springs are already poping out of it, call the the store to inform them they told me that it was not their problem will not be wasting money there again.

Very horrible customer service. I was told to wait at my house from 3-5 and my furniture would be delivered in that time frame i waited an hour with in that time frame, so after an hour of waiting I decided to take a quick stop to the dollar store up the street from my house. Ten minutes later I returned home to find a note saying that the deliver men have been there. I called the the to let them know that I had missed them and that when I had the horrible service the men on the phone yelled at me and I quote " you should have been there we give you a set time. My deliver drivers called you but your phone wasn't on ." That what really got me I never got a phone call from the deliver men not one phone call what so ever. The men on the phone could have handle the situation a lot better then yelling at me on the phone it was uncalled for and very unprofessional of him. I will not be buying anything from that store again I would whether take my business else where and I don't recommend anyone else do business with them either.
