“We normally use another rental company but due to availability I used United. I was helped quickly and professionally by Danny and was able to get in and out in no time. The equipment worked well and the return was just as easy. What really stood out was the friendly interaction that I had with both Danny and the technician. They were personable and kind and seemed like they valued me as a customer. I will definitely be back for future rental needs.”

“We rent vans several times a year. The vans are always clean and new. Rob and Blake are very easy to work with. I highly recommend their service and will continue to use them in the future.”

“I feel better driving Penske trucks for longer one way trips or cross country excursions like the one I'm currently on. The trucks are newer and the reservation process is seamless. The truck I picked up was relatively new. After several moves since the start of the pandemic, I've just never had an issue with these guys.”

“The staff is very helpful. They seemed understaffed when I went to pick up. only one guy at the counter with a big line of people, and they had to wait while he attached my trailer. dropping off was a breeze”

“They didn't have the truck I had reserved online, and couldn't get one that day. They did rent me the next size up, but it wasn't available until hours after the time I had made my reservation for. Once I got behind the wheel of the larger vehicle, I immediately regretted it. It was just not what I needed. I reserved it for 2 days, but returned it after one because it just wasn't working out. UPDATE: I will give them kudos in their response for not making any excuses or trying to blame me. +1 star for good business practices. The next time I need a truck, I'll make sure to call ahead and speak with someone directly to try to have a better experience.”

“I rented a 5x8 trailer at a different Uhaul location, but the lights were not working. So I brought it to the Uhaul Skyline location, where the manager (forgot his name) immediately came out and took a look at it. He determined the trailer wasn't getting power, but needed to have the electrician, Ryan, check it out. The next morning I brought it in and Ryan immediately checked it out and found that the car was missing several relay switches needed to power the trailer lights. Ryan is a true professional- he found the problem quickly! And they didn't charge me! I really appreciate the great service - especially since I was driving to California - Thank you ! Mike”
