I recently went in the Tuscaloosa store and as I was checking out I asked my cashier if I had any available points to use towards my purchase after I entered in my phone number. He proceeded to say “I don’t know” with a very bad attitude. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I never leave reviews but I feel as if this needs to be addressed.

I just decided to get a well needed haircut at the last minute , I have not had my haircut in years. Francis my hairdresser made my visit the best experience from start to finish. Francis explained the entire process from shampooing to, products , and really made the experience, like I had gotten my hair cut with her for years. Not everyone gets lucky to experience this on their first visit, but I was fortunate to. My neighbor across the street noticed immediately that I got my haircut and asked “ who’s your hairdresser!

i opened a credit card at the store but I didn’t receive it after two weeks. I went to the store no one help me just let me call the bank. The store was not busy at that time. I called The bank twice, then
They checked my information twice still not received my card. It caused my late fee 30dollars. i received a 3 dollars bill because last month I didn’t use the card . It’s really crazy. I closed the card this morning.
I will never buy any product from ultra at any location or online

I just had my eyebrows done by Annabeth at the Benefit counter and she was simply amazing. It has been years since I had my brows done and she was outstanding. I will be back. I will be back. 5 stars

I've been working here since the end of September and it is by far the best job that I could have ever asked for as a college student. Mel, the head manager, as well as all of the other management staff, is so kind. They genuinely care about every customer and spend a lot of time teaching us to do the same. It took me a while to figure out where everything is located in the store, but everyone working there is always willing to lend and hand and help me out no matter what they're busy with. Before I worked here and I would come in as a customer I always had a really great experience. So much love for this team and store!
