Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from here! They scammed me and several others, Kent Mathew’s is the one who screwed us all out of our money with these junk vehicles they sell. Just know that everything comes back around to those who scam others!

We had a great experience with Justin at Tuscaloosa Toyota—he was communicative and helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. He really took care of us, make the process efficient, and we didn't feel pressured or anything!
However, while our experience in the finance department was good, it was not as positive. The documentation process went smoothly and efficiently, however the finance representative was a bit pushy about additional warranty options, even after we politely declined, and we felt rushed through some of that paperwork. We had to stop the process for a second to ensure we didn't sign up for something we didn't want.
Overall, we’re very happy with the car, but my wife and I agreed that some of the pushiness in the finance deptartment just kinda took the mood down a bit.

Love the vehicle I purchased last weekend. Not so happy with the follow up about providing a second key. So make sure you get two keys everyone. A second key will cost you $400 extra and you can't trust it if they say, oh we gonna get you another key fob.

After my recent purchase of a vehicle from Tuscaloosa Toyota I can highly recommend them! We have dealt with Paul Hardin and the service department for years and have been well taken care of. But this was my first time to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and Matt Headley was wonderful! The whole team is so professional and makes the process easy. It is no surprise that this dealership is known for excellent customer service. I am a customer for life!!!

These guys are legit, i called them when i was two hours away about a truck i had been looking at, they moved it around back and had it waiting for me when i showed up an hour before they closed. Jeremy took care of me and didn't rush me at all. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. They stayed there late to make sure i was good to go. If you need a vehicle and are within driving distance this is your place!

Highly recommend. I checked with 2 other Toyota dealerships that were close by before checking with them. I spoke with Shawn Simpson. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and gave me the best price up front. When we went to get the vehicle, we were out the door in less than 45 minutes. It was the easiest car buying experience I have had and definitely worth the drive. We will be back for the next one. Top notch dealership!
