They diagnosed my vehicle for free, and allowed it to sit there for 2 days, until I had it towed to Infiniti in Birmingham. Justin was very helpful and I most definitely will be back.

I brought my mom's car that they had serviced for years. The brakes needed attention. They sent the car home with me, the next day we had no brakes!!! We had to tow the car to another place to get the job done. I'm still shocked at the thought of them letting that car be back out on the road, it could have killed me or someone else. I have used them my last time.

Had a slow leak in my tire. Very courteous and was able to get me in and out in a matter of minutes and didn’t even charge me! Great customer service! Thank you for the help and hospitality

I needed to get some major work done to fix an oil leak as well as get my brakes and rotors replaced. I initially went to Express Oil where I typically got my oil changed. I thought the quote for my repair was a tad high there so I called Tuscaloosa Tire and was quoted $1000 less for the same work. Everyone I spoke to were very professional and got me back up and running quickly. Needless to say I’ll be coming here going forward.

I needed new tires, called and spoke with Todd, and he gave me some quotes on Cooper Tires. I brought my car in early cause I had to wait. Didn't take too long and free tire rotation, which I am going to do sometime this week. I bought my tires several months ago. Great place, very professional.

My car was making a weird noise when I used the brakes. I took it to Tuscaloosa Tire and they were able to get me in the same day and fix my brakes before the end of the day. The cost was fair as well. A few weeks later I got 4 new tires installed and they were quick and fair with that too.
