one of the best vehicle buying experience I've had and ive had many!! nice to find an honest up front dealer .Isaiah made everything seamless and even delivered the truck to me an hour away !!! can't beat the finance lady Mrs Dana what a character !!! all around great dealership def recommend love my ford lightning ev and got the best deal anywere around on it after negotiating price ! they even after realizing my truck had no chargers and the previous owner wouldn't drop them off they actually purchased me both chargers I was needing included in the purchase !.couldn't be more satisfied with this dealership hopefully service dept is as good as sales !!

Just got our Jeep from here, 1st time buying out of state and the team was absolutely amazing! Jared walked us through the sales process, made a live walk around video of the vehicle and answered all questions about the process and vehicle so we were comfortable. Dana then took over and made the contract, financing and delivery almost easier than the sales decision. Driver delivered the vehicle to straight to the house, not only on time, but early and was friendly and professional. Can’t recommend their entire team and process enough!

I drove 3 hours one way to buy from Tuscaloosa ford. Pretty much everything was ironed out thru text messages and phone calls. New truck price and trade in price. When I got there it was just paperwork. When you go or call ask for frank he will treat you right. Also if you’re lucky you’ll see Mrs Dana in finance she’s great also. I’ve needed a couple of things from them since purchase and they have responded quickly.
