I took my cargo trailer in to find out why my "new" power jack was not working. I suspected a grounding issue or a dead battery; Simply right? You would think the first thing they would investigate would be the battery (NO), they took apart the new power jack voiding my warranty. They removed the jack and then charged me to reinstall it. They took apart the Brake Away wiring Box that had nothing to do with the Jack and totally rewired it against my wishes, they went inside the trailer taking down inside molding to trace down wiring that still had nothing to do with 1 wire coming off the power jack! After finally figuring out nothing was wrong other than a dead battery, they told me to go find a battery. In the mean time they messed up the wiring on my 7 pin pig tail and had to replace it because they could not get it back together after they took it apart. In the end they charged me for 4 hours of labor time for their screw up their tech did when all they had to do was put a tester on the battery and find out the battery was dead. They broke the ends off my Brake A Way Battery and decided on their own to rewire my Brake A Way battery box, They tore up the 7 pin pig tail and had to replace it and then had the audacity to charge me for the the labor for their screw up's. I ended up paying them over $400 to swap out a battery I purchased from another store for $100 and for them to sand the trailer frames and connect 1 wire from the power jack to the frame. Added Note: They did replace a light switch on the frame that went out that they installed 1 year previous but them charged me for the labor for their bad part! Also, Tech informed me the switch was not installed correctly and this may have caused it to short out! I have asked for a refund on 50% of the labor because I was fraudulent charged and they have yet to reply. I would not recommend them to work anything else going forward for me or my company!

Eric said he would check to see if he had a bumper for my Jeep. Gave me his card and asked me to send a picture. I did, and he said he would check on Monday. He has never contacted me although I tried to text him a few times. I have two vehicles that I need accessories for so I will be using a more professional company than this one.

Still shopping for a pickup truck cover and running boards. This place is ok. Merchandise a little unorganized. Certainly not as clean inside and merchandise is not as organized as Tint World. Merchandise was cluttered and there wasn't much floor space. Sales clerk was knowledgeable about the products, and provided pricing. Was very good at giving his recommendations and opinions. When he was finished, he left us and went back behind the counter. This business just didn't hit the mark with us.
