Brought in a custom job, had a visor I bought for my helmet and the manufacturer said it was "smoked". When I received it, I was disappointed with the darkness.
I called up Tint world on 1 days notice to see if they could tint my visor, guy told me to come in and drop it off and he would see what he could do. Came back a day later and was very happy with the end result. I'm from out of state working in the area and was very pleased with the customer service and availability to squeeze in a very uncommon job.

Tint world is in a class of it's own!! My second car that I've taken there good results each time friendly staff great customers service i would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for windows tint.

Just went this morning and got 5 percent tint. Very polite and respectful people, and they did my tint real quick i love it. I really recommend tint world! They did a very good job!

Brought my Ford Maverick in for some tint on a Saturday afternoon. The folks at Tint World worked quickly and precisely and had my truck finished in under 2 hours. The tint is high quality and the service is 5 stars. I highly recommend this location.Service: Window tinting

I purchased a car radio to be replaced and scheduled an appointment, paying up front. The day of the first appointment as I'm pulling in to the shop, I get a call saying they need to reschedule. I schedule another appointment, this time they will come pick up my car during work hours. Day of 2nd appointment I call the store 4 times, I get no answer. The next day I get a call with an apology and another appointment scheduled. Day of 3rd appointment I call the store 4 times, I get no answer. I had to personally go to the shop to plan a 4th appointment. This routine happened to me 5 separate times. No reimbursement was offered. The day after the 5th missed appointment, I get a call saying the radio can be replaced that day. The radio has now been replaced and returned to me 3 hours after the agreed upon time. Tuscaloosa Tint World has a blatant disrespect for my time and money. Please do not shop here with the expectation of good service.

Ordered and paid for a bed cover for our company truck and have not received our product. We have called many many times and can not get anyone to answer the phone. If I could give a zero for the rating that is what I would do but it made me select something.I have contacted the store over and over again and left messages and no one ever calls back. As I am typing this I am calling with no answer
